This is a modern, child-friendly, 2 bedroom air conditioned apartment in the San Luis area of Torrevieja . 35 minutes from Alicante Airport. It's a very peaceful & relaxing location which overlooks two salt lakes.
We are opposite a large communal swimming pool with a small pool for young children.
We have a large private roof terrace, also overlooking the natural park and pool, with two sunbeds, a table and chairs.
The region enjoys 300+ days sunshine. Shops, bars & dining are a 5-10minute walk

The space
Our apartment is a comfortable, clean, and well-loved family holiday home rather than a luxury 5-star property. It's somewhere we genuinely enjoy spending time with our own young children, and we hope our guests feel at home here too.

We believe in being transparent so that guests book with the right expectations and have an enjoyable stay. While the apartment is well maintained, some fittings and features are older and would benefit from updating.

This property is a long-term project for our family, and we are gradually making improvements over time. We appreciate your understanding and hope you'll enjoy the apartment for its comfort, character, and fantastic location.
