Stephanie and Tom were very welcoming. The rooms were private, comfortable, and clean. The gourmet breakfast exceeded our expectations. Not only was the food delicious, the ambiance - soft music, beautifully set table, and friendly service - really set this place apart. We would definitely return.
Stephanie and Tom were great! Our communication was quick and thorough. My daughter and I were coming to move her into CMU and this was the perfect place for us! They were gracious and informative and so welcoming. LOVED the nice linens, water and mints at the bedside, immaculate cleanliness, awesome and delicious COMPLETE breakfasts and overall thoughtfulness that was displayed in many ways. We got great information on restaurants and things to do. Stephanie was so accommodating when a friend came to visit and she was so flexible with my changing schedule. I would absolutely stay here again. Beds were very comfortable and really nice quality linens! No trouble with parking out front all 4 days. Very nice private space and there was a TV and hair dryer...just all the extras that were so nice! Final touch she included a to go coffee cup for me the last morning!!!
THANKS so very much!

We had such a wonderful stay at the Doll House! Stephanie made us a delicious breakfast every morning and she gave us lots of information on the neighborhood we were staying in and on places to visit in Pittsburgh. We really felt at home staying here and the next time in Pittsburgh we will absolutely choose the Doll House again!

We had a wonderful Airbnb experience. Our host Stephanie and her husband were welcoming, friendly and helpful. They were very organized and accommodating. It was very easy to come and go from the house whether they were home or not. The hosts were available but not intrusive. They gave great attention to details that were not only helpful to visitors but made our stay very pleasant. They provided
us a place to store our bikes. There was a notepad in the hallway for any needed communications. They have a beautiful home and our rooms and the bathroom were private, quiet, clean, and comfortable with thoughtful amenities like extra towels, a wine cooler, and a guest basket with items like water, an umbrella, mints, tissues, etc. The basket also included a small book with info about the house, neighborhood, places of interest, and breakfast menu choices. The breakfasts were delicious, filling and thoughtfully served in a beautiful dinning room. Stephanie willingly worked with any dietary preferences. The accommodations were definitely accurately described. The neighborhood was quiet and charming. A great place to have walked and explored if there had been time in our schedule.
Stephanie and Tom's house is absolutely lovely. My family had a very nice two-day stay in here. The house is so pretty and organized. The actual rooms look prettier than the photos! Stephanie and Tom are wonderful hosts and they have provided everything that we might need. They also prepared a booklet with Pittsburgh's travel information in each bedroom, which is very helpful for first-time visitors. And not to mention, the breakfast that Stephanie prepared for us was really delicious! My family's experience at the Doll House was far beyond our expectations. I will definitely recommend her listing to my friends!
Stephanie is the best! Her and Tom's beautiful house impress me and my mom so much that we took a lot of photos to introduce to our friends. The breakfast is delicious and full of Stephanis's love and caring. During our stay she provided the most wonderful and useful tips. Her smile encourages and warms people around her. And we love Austin so much, what a adorable fella! We appreciate everything she did and definitely recommend her doll house.

About the Host, Stephanie
Tom and I are empty nesters with a Victorian "doll house" with two guest rooms and a full bath that go unused when the kids aren't visiting.
I work remotely as a production manager for the University of Michigan's Survey Research Center and do some political and community volunteer work. I love my neighborhood and organize local events and our neighborhood polling place as well.
I really love to cook and have experience as a caterer and event planner, so I love having extra people to feed.
We're close to public transportation and there is plenty of free parking on the street where we live. We have welcomed guests from 12 countries and 20 states so far and look forward to opening our doors to many more!
