Backyard — spacious and shared with the unit next door. If you’re bringing a pet, please note the backyard is not fully fenced across the driveway.

Parking — driveway parking only (no street or garage parking available).


****PLEASE NOTE**** Home is located right off of Woodward, so there may be some traffic noise at times. I do have standing fans in the home to help with sensitivity to noise :)

Please Note: We require a 4-night minimum stay for guests residing within the local area. If you are a local resident and have questions regarding this policy, please send us an inquiry before booking.

Driveway parking only!

The backyard is fenced in and shared with the other unit. For guests bringing a pet (with approval), please note there is no fence across the driveway.

EXTRA CHARGES
Any evidence of smoking in the home (smell and/or physical evidence) will be subject to a $750+ charge for extra cleaning entailed.

Unapproved late checkouts (15 minutes or more past check out time) will be subject to a $150+ charge.

Any evidence of parties or gatherings inside the house will be subject to a $1000 fee, plus any costs for damages caused by the unauthorized event/gathering.

A $200 fee for the loss or damage of remotes to the TVs or any other amenity equipment.

PET POLICY
$75 flat fee for up to 2 pets per stay (must add pets to reservation)
All pets must be kenneled and house trained
All pets must be leashed at all times if outside the home
All pet waste must be bagged and properly disposed in garbage cans outside of home
All pets MUST be kept off the furniture and bedding
All guests assume responsibility for any damages or injuries caused by their pets
