The Space

Location! Location! Location! We are situated in Mission/Dolores in the Liberty Historic District steps away from Dolores Park, Valencia, 18th Street (Tartine, Bi-Rite Creamy) and to 24th Street (Noe Valley). The one-bedroom with a queen bed opens to a decent sized living room or you can keep the french doors closed for sleeping. There is a small, but well stocked kitchen. A split bathroom (shower/toilet). In-suite laundry. Brand new TV with Apple TV and sound system. Wi-Fi. Lots of windows makes this a bright and airy space. Note: Apartment is on corner of street with busy street traffic that you can hear. Neighbors are usually pretty quiet. Lastly, there is a shared roof-top patio with amazing views of the city. This is the spot to stay in San Francisco - amazing food, sunny, and lively!

We supply linens, towels, toiletries and kitchen supplies. You're free to help yourself to coffee/tea in the morning. As hosts, we'd describe ourselves as easy going which is proven by our check-in/out times, local guide and communications. We professionally clean the place before every visitor.

TRANSIT - 10 minute walk to 16th and Mission BART, 10 min walk to 24th and Mission BART, Muni is 5 minute walk, multiple buses nearby, 20 minutes from SFO airport. (If you're driving, there is overnight street parking in the area.)

RESTAURANTS - close to Bar Tartine, Limon, Tartine, Tacolicious, Chapel, Farina, Barretta, Delfina, Bi-Rite, Rhea's

  • Ray and Laura were the perfect hosts. They provided great recommendations and their place was clean, bright and had a stunning rooftop patio with a beautiful view of the City. The location, steps away from Dolores Park and all the amazing shops and restaurants on Valencia, was ideal. We would go back in a heartbeat!

  • Our stay at Ray and Laura's apartment was great. The building's location is perfect - easily walkable to the Mission District's restaurants and shops, two BART stations, the J train to downtown, and Dolores Park. The apartment was spacious and clean, with fresh flowers and a ton of natural light. The view from the roof is as good as promised!

Check-in and out was easy, and the hosts' dining recommendations were great. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

  • Ray and Laura have a fantastic apartment. It's in an excellent location - minutes to the Valencia corridor's amazing restaurants and boutiques and steps away from Dolores Park. I felt immediately at home in their ultra clean, stylish pad. The bed is super comfortable, lounge area is welcoming, kitchen well stocked and wifi throughout. Lots of very thoughtful touches including fresh flowers, candles and Uber gift cards. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again - highly recommended!!!

  • This place is super stylish and efficient. The living room/bedroom are super comfy. The kitchen is quite small but has everything you need and with all the great food options right outside, it's hard to eat in anyway. This was by far the simplest airbnb interaction we've ever had; they were so relaxed about the 'rules', check-in/-out and all other aspects of the stay! The apartment is spotless and in a great neighborhood, although the ground floor can be a little noisy but nothing unusual for the city. Can't wait to stay again!

  • Beautiful, clean, bright and comfortable apartment in a great location. Ray and Laura were very available and communicative and the stay was seamless. We had a fantastic weekend and appreciated the small touches like the Uber cards (which we used to get to the airport), the chocolates and the restaurant recommendations.

  • This flat is such a gem! I absolutely loved staying there. It looks exactly like the pictures, and Ray & Laura were super efficient and relaxed at the same time. This is probably one of the best stays I've had - make sure to check the shared sunny rooftop with views over SF. Staying here has given me lots of inspiration as to how I can improve the experience for my own guests. Small things like chocolate, ubercab vouchers and netflix access were really thoughtful. I'll hopefully be back, next I'm in SF for business :)

  • A unique apartment, easy access, Laura and Ray worked hard with me to secure the dates I needed. I'd recommend without question.
