Located in a safe, but exciting part of town, where uptown, the Irish channel and the garden district all meet, two blocks from Magazine Street's bars, restaurants and boutiques. Furnished with salvaged-wood, locally-made furniture, the house features a fully-equipped kitchen (sorry, no microwave), private backyard and comfortable amenities throughout. Private backyard and covered porch, garden with fresh herbs and greens. The house is 7 blocks from the streetcar line, and two blocks from the Magazine St bus that allows for easy access to downtown, the Superdome, and the French Quarter. Internet, but no tv - you won't have time for it anyway with all the experiences that New Orleans has to offer at your fingertips! The house is located on a corner, so there is plentiful off-street parking. Centrally located between the Universities and the French quarter.

As much as they need, but usually just via text/email. I only rent the house when I'm going out of town, so I rarely meet guests, but my neighbors are available in case of a guest getting locked out or are available to answer questions.
