The space

WELCOME TO MY PARADISE....

This air conditioned, upper floor, 500 SF Studio is spacious, comfortable, peaceful, uncluttered, and full of light. The vaulted ceiling adds an open and airy feeling.

There is an extra thick, Queen size Memory Foam Mattress that was purchased for $1899. The mattress is super plush and extra comfortable, it is on a Murphy Bed. There is also a Queen size sofa sleeper.

This unit is extra special because it is one of the only units in the complex that has a double lanai (deck patio) spanning two full lengths of the condo. There are also additional windows, plus all the floors are tiled.

From the extremely spacious lanai, you will have a beautiful view of the on-site tennis court, the colorful courtyard with plenty of vegetation and tropical flowers, a very clean swimming pool complete with an outdoor shower area, an extra large jacuzzi, outdoor restrooms, plenty of gas grills, and even picnic tables. In addition, there is a peek a boo view of the ocean (directly across the street) and an incredible view of Haleakala. There are 3 separate sitting areas on the lanai for you to enjoy.

Other amenities inside the condo include an extra large 26 x 20 inch safe, keyless entry, beach towels, beach chairs, bath towels, snorkel gear for two adults, tennis rackets and balls for two adults, a large cooler, a beach umbrella, an iron and ironing board, and even a First Aid Kit. For your convenience, there is also an affordable coin operated laundromat with 10 new washers and 10 new dryers on site. The cost is just $1.00 per load to wash and $1.25 to dry.

Your condo is within walking distance (less than 1 mile) from grocery stores, churches, restaurants, shopping, a gym, nightclubs, the post office, Fed Ex, medical facilities, hair and nail salons, and even banks/ATMs. For added convenience, the bus stop is just steps away from your front door.

Your daily price includes free parking, free WIFI, air conditioning, ALL mandatory Hawaii state taxes (13.42%), and a 32" Samsung Smart Flat Screen HDTV which also allows internet viewing.

There is also a Blu-ray HD DVD player, 2 ceiling fans, a stocked kitchen with appliances (including an ice maker in the freezer), a Brita water filtration system, plenty of cookware, plus lots of extras like a blender, coffee maker, toaster, a microwave, and even a hair dryer. Please note, there is not a dishwasher inside the condo. I do, however, supply paper towels, dish soap, large garbage bags, toilet paper, hand soap, cleaning supplies, individually wrapped kitchen sponges, and bin liners for small wastebaskets. There is also a "Pay It Forward" shelf where guests are welcome to leave their unused, non-perishable grocery items.

The complex is located in North Kihei. My condo is directly across the street (about 250 footsteps) from the OCEAN, Kalepolepo Beach, Kalepolepo Park with tables and outdoor showers, the Hawaiian Islands Humpback Whale National Marine Sanctuary, and the ancient Menehune fish pond.

Kalepolepo Beach Park also offers easy access to great beach walks, kiteboarding, swimming, romantic sunset views, and incredible whale watching.

After booking, please consult your local insurance provider about the benefits of travel insurance.

Daily maid service and/or mid stay cleans are available for an additional fee. All information is conveniently displayed inside the condo.

Please view my photos to get a feel for this colorful, tropical, lush environment. As a special bonus, there are plenty of fruit trees on the property (offering free limes. bananas, and papayas), help yourself!

PLEASE NOTE: EARLY ARRIVALS AND LATE DEPARTURES ARE NOT AVAILABLE as new guests almost always arrive the same afternoon that current guests depart which makes for a very tight timeline for housekeepers to work within. LATE ARRIVALS AND EARLY DEPARTURES ARE NEVER A PROBLEM AS IT IS A KEYLESS ENTRY.

There is a coin operated laundromat with 20 machines on site. The cost is $1.25 to wash and $1.00 to dry.

The Security Deposit is only an authorization on your credit card and will automatically be canceled within 48 hours of your departure by AIRBNB (providing that there is no damage).

This spot is great for a home base on Maui for couples or small family. The wrap around balcony is perfect for watching the sun rise over the Eastern mountains and the beach park directly across the street is great because it's so close you don't have to drive to the beach. The place is really clean with many provisions..even mouth wash! Short drive to downtown Kihei and close access to the highway to get around the rest of Maui. Definitely recommended.

Marco and Tracy's place was a great find in one of the best places to stay in Maui. The beach area next to the property was beautiful and the town of Kihei has everything you need. It was perfect for for a getaway for my girlfriend and I. Best place to stay in Kihei!

Just fell in love with the balcony.. house was clean and lovable.. it's partial beach facing and on the other side of the road , and we will not be able to see the shore.. but that's ok as long as you sit in lania, you feel like you are on beach with the breeze just making you feel the perfect vacation.. the house is good enough for 3 people or maybe the 4th person can squeeze in.. but if it's in your budget range, it's a definite yes ..
