Three short blocks to the beach, our 2200 sq ft MB home is light, bright, and sunny, with amazing views from Malibu to Palos Verdes; and best of all, a 10 minute walk to fabulous restaurants and shopping, in either direction, north or south.

The space
Light, bright, and airy…along with breathtaking views make this 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath townhouse, a fabulous home away from home. Towels, linens and toiletries are provided in all bathrooms, as well as basic items you may have forgotten to pack. Gourmet kitchen has all necessary dishes, pots, pans, kitchen tools and papergoods for guest's use, including 2 ovens, microwave oven, Viking range, Keurig Coffee maker, Toaster Oven, and Soda Stream.

The jewel of the South Bay, Manhattan Beach has it all. Shopping and dining are second to no other beach town. MB boasts a gorgeous walking path (called The Strand) and has a separate bike path along the ocean for miles. You can take a swim, or play a game of volleyball, as well as go out for a run or a bike ride. Marina del Rey is a short drive to the north, with boating activities as well as fabulous restaurants. To the south is the Palos Verdes Peninsula with beautiful hiking trails, golf, dining, and scenic vistas to enjoy. Manhattan Beach is also famous for great surfing, boogie boarding, and fishing on the pier. It's a short walk to nearby tennis and basketball courts. Manhattan Beach has many beautiful parks for for all ages, and golf courses nearby as well. If you want to pamper yourself with a spa day, MB has several fabulous Spas to choose from.

Manhattan Beach is my birth city and most of my youth and teen/young adult years were spent in Redondo Beach. Having grown up in the area, I am well-versed with all MB has to offer.

We have a close knit family of children and grandchildren who were, or are being, raised in the Los Angeles area. We love to travel and have been all over the world on wonderful vacations. I walk at least 4 miles a day, listening to books (mostly mysteries and thrillers) downloaded to my iPhone.

I have worked as a fashion consultant for an eco-friendly, made in America, clothing company since fall of 2008 and enjoy working with women to get their best look and most comfortable clothing, by introducing them to our brand. I love spending time with the grandkids, as well as traveling, playing golf, and keeping up with properties we own. I look forward to sharing our MB home with others and giving lots of inside tips to make our guest's stay the best it can possibly be!
