Really lovely place and great for kids! We have a family of 7 and it fit us perfectly. It truly felt like home. Hosts were communicative and even let us keep our things stored at the place before we caught our train back.

Spacious home. Walls are pretty thin, so volume needs to be controlled. Was interesting having to step into the garden to go into the bath, but pleasent. Would recommend for families or less rowdy groups.

We had a great time at Kyoto Art & Bed. It was clean, spacious enough, and had great atmosphere and art. Loved the quiet as well!

A massive house in the middle of beautiful Kyoto.. 15 mins walk to Nishiki Markets, Daimaru and Nijo Castle with plenty of bus options within a couple of minutes walk. We were in a group of 9, with 5 kids.. who LOVED the space! Thanks for having us.
