I stayed five nights at this place and it was a very pleasant stay. The accomodation is a five minutes walk from the Anguk metro station and also a five minutes walk from the airport bus stop. You can reach many sights by walking if you like to explore the city by foot.
The room is new and is exactly how it appears in the pictures. It is tidy and clean. Wifi, TV, fridge, hair dryer, and AC are provided. The staff is very kind and helpful.
I can highly recommend to stay at Lavinia!!!
Had a great and stress free time at Lavinia guest house. my room was clean and a great size with space for my luggage! Sharon was a GREAT help indeed whenever I needed assistance. She help me book taxi's for my errands and to get me to the airport. She was brilliant with her directions to the guesthouse and other locations I needed. I found it to be a very plesant stay and would definitely stay there again on future trips. The location is great as its so central to the main hot spots of Seoul and you are also based right by one of the most beautiful old parts of Seoul- the Buchkon village with is stunning and definitely recommended- not to mention the folk museum etc... Definitely good value for money if you are on a short stay.
I was here for 6 nights in a single bedroom and I must say that I had a lovely experience. The room is very clean equipped with a refrigerator and a mini balcony which came into good use during my stay here. Vicky, Sharon and their mum were very hospitable and patient with me even when I made changes to my accommodation. They were also helpful in scanning my passport for the DMZ tour! A place I'll definitely come back to:)
Everything was super clean and comfortable, and for such a reasonable price: great value. Vicky and Sharon were great to deal with (both before and during my stay) and extremely helpful. The location can't be beat: close to lots of tourist sights. The street itself is very quiet but if you walk a few blocks you're in the thick of it (in one direction, gallery and upscale Insa-dong, in another direction more traditional market street).
