Private, inclusive guest suite with water glimpses and a short walk to the beach - great for beach combing! Located in Lutruwita/Tasmania -- on the edge of Putalina/Great Oyster Bay. Swansea is a pretty seaside village overlooking a sparkling bay to the rugged granite peaks of Freycinet Peninsula, home to Wineglass Bay.

The space
Large room with double glazing. This is a comfortable, easy access space with large sliding doorway and nearby (almost) flat parking, only one short step to enter as shown. Spacious ensuite with grab rails and heated towel rail.

Two comfortable leather recliners, and queen bed with quality linen.

In room coffee and tea making facilities plus private undercover outdoor kitchen area with dining table, microwave, toaster, fridge and electric BBQ available for your exclusive use. TV with Netflix, small bluetooth speaker.

The local beach is very close - affectionately known as Ticklebelly Beach - it is clean and has gorgeous views of the Hazards (Freycinet National Park). The Meredith River meets this beach and provides a wonderful water bird breeding area. You can hear the waves and smell the sea air from Serendipity. Enjoy a short stroll to a long beach, where, if you’re lucky, you might even have it all to yourself!

Quality wineries close by and, being the heart of the East Coast, this is a great base for exploring Freycinet National Park (Wineglass Bay), Bicheno, Douglas Aspley National Park, Lake Leake, Maria Island and beyond.
