A lovely air conditioned home stay / guesthouse in a peaceful secured neighborhood near Gymkhana Club Jorhat Assam. It is the first homestay in Jorhat. The atmosphere is very friendly and homely. We have hoisted many international and national guest till date with a happy reviews.

Amenities: Room size is 300 square Feet. There is a TV and dish TV connection, Air Condition, hot and cold water, washing machine, free filtered water (on request) though we have put a good instant water purifier in the room, Iron with Iron board, bar fridge, Cane sofa. It has one queen size bed with TV and attached clean toilet. Fully self servicing apartment. Room is laid with vitrified tiles. Parking for one car is available. A small gym is on the premises, as well as a small basketball court.

Its a self service guest house we appreciate if the guest use the in room kitchen we will provide cooking appliances.

In case of a long term stay, discount can be negotiated. One or two children under the age of 10 can stay with you, without extra cost.

Nearest attraction is Kaziranga 100 km away ( 1 hour 40 minutes drive). The world's largest river island Majuli is 15 km ( one has to travel by boat to reach there thats roughly 1 hour travel) away. The famous Ahom kingdom, Sibsagar is 52 km (1 hour drive) away. Gibbon wildlife sanctuary is 15 km away. Jorhat railway Station is 2 Km away and the bus stand (ISBT) is 5 km away. Distance from the Airport is 6 km. Big Baazar is just 3km from the guest house

The neighborhood is a quite residential area of Jorhat very near to Gymkhana golf club. Its 3rd the oldest golf course in world. Nearby there is also world oldest and biggest tea Research center called Tocklai. Regarding naming of the city, Jorhat comes as a "place between the two hats ("market" in local language)" The shopping galore can be ideal for a family outing. The shopping outlets are mainly located in Babbu Patty, Old Balibat, Bahadur Gaon Bura path (New Balibat), Chowk Bazar, Gar Ali, J.P.R Road, Kachori Gali(Radhiya babu Lane), KB Road, Rupahi Ali, Nirmal Chariali, Marwari Patty and Mitha Pukhuri Road.
