This 1300 sq ft Crown Point townhouse was recently renovated. Recently remodeled kitchen and bathrooms, new appliances, new flooring. Recently furnished with smart TVs and high speed fiber WiFi. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms, living room and large loft. Air conditioning in the master and upstairs bedrooms and loft above the living room which flows to the living room as well. Keyless entry locks. Two balconies. Watch the Sea World fireworks from the balcony all summer!
This townhouse is 3 stories. Master bedroom, laundry room and attached garage are on the first floor. 2nd Bedroom with work space loft, living room, kitchen and dining area, and two balconies are on the second floor. 3rd bedroom loft is on the 3rd floor with a convertible sofa and full bed. 2nd loft located in the upstairs bedroom has a comfy futon and dedicated work space.
Parking: Attached 1-car garage and one additional parking space behind the attached garage.
