Interaction with Guests
We are off site but available by phone, text, or e-mail for questions. We may be able to pick you up from the airport.
SoCo/Bouldin Creek Our neighborhood is "true Austin" with a sense of whimsy: our neighbor build Neverlandia, an art house reminiscent of a Dr. Seuss adventure. Our street dead-ends into a creek so it is quiet.
No need for a car! Much is in walking distance. There are rapid transit buses on both South First (1.5 blocks) and South Congress (2.5 blocks), which also has many cabs looking for you!
Other Things to Note
If you need to bring your pet to Austin, we can recommend a wonderfully caring dog kennel near the airport.
Nothing illegal allowed. No smoking. No pets.

We are newlyweds who travel often using others' vacation rentals, so we know what makes a vacation rental comfortable and efficient. Paula is an arts enthusiast; Preston is an avid angler. Both love living close to downtown and walking distance to Austin's best attractions. Five things we can't live without: travel, music, Mexican food (we walk to Guero's just about every week, laughter, and our dog "Girl." We often have small dinner parties so we like our kitchen set up to make that easy. When we travel we love to meet new couples and dine with them in their home. That helps us to really get to know a different culture.
