A 42-square-metre apartment recently designed and renovated by architects who value good taste and comfort.
The apartment is located on the third floor of an old seventeenth century building on the Island of Saint-Louis. With modern and cosy décor, wooden floors throughout, a table with 4 chairs, a fully equipped Carrara marble American style kitchen containing: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer-dryer, induction hobs, microwave and conventional oven, Nespresso coffee maker, food mixer, kettle, toaster, crockery and general kitchen utensils.
The television, installed behind a mirror, works using a reflection system. High speed fibre optic internet WIFI and telephone with free calls to fixed lines in Brazil, USA and the whole of Europe.
The bedroom, with a queen-size double bed, has a spacious wardrobe. A large steel and glass door opens into the living room and completes the charm and originality of the environment. The bathroom, with access to the bedroom, has a large mirror and spacious Italian-style shower. Separate toilet and wash basin, with a window to the interior of the building.
The island of Saint-Louis is the most famous district in Paris. It is located in the heart of the city, behind Notre Dame Cathedral. Countless restaurant, café, ice-cream parlour, bistro and small business options add charm to this unique and magical place. The Island of Saint Louis is within walking distance of the city’s most authentic districts: Marais, Saint Germain des Près and the banks of the River Seine. Subway, bus and bike hire (Velib) are less than 5 minutes away.

The apartment key will he handed following the criteria below:
- Lease Agreement signing (send by mail in english and french)
- A copy of the passport will be required
- Extra services: Cleaning Fee (The cleaning service of 50€ is optional and not included on price) or some of our extra services made available to better suit your stay.
- Time for DEPARTURE DATE
IMPORTANT NOTE: For all bookings you will find the apartment clean and tidy, perfectly ready for your stay. We ask that the apartment be returned clean and tidy, as it was received. The cleaning service is optional and not included on price. The fee is 50€ to be payed at arrival. For more information contact us.
Late check-ins or arrivals after 7:30 p.m. will be increased by 40 euros.

• MINIMUM STAY •
Is there a minimum amount of days to make a reservation?
We work with a minimum of four consecutive nights for stays in Paris.
• MAXIMUM STAY •
The maximum number of days to book? Can I rent for a year?
We work with temporary residential short stays of up to 90 days and may be renewed according to the availability of our apartments.
We do not make annual lease contracts.
• TEMPORARY LEASE AGREEMENT MANDATORY •
When do I receive the renting contract?
After confirming the reservation by airbnb, you will receive by email the temporary lease (English and French) to be signed and presented on the day of your arrival in Paris. We just need the lease in French.
You only receive the key to the apartment by signing this contract as well as the payment of extra services.
• CHECK-IN DETAILS •
How do I get the apartment keys? The check-in takes place on the site?
The estimated time for receiving the apartment and the keys must be notified by email within 3 days prior to ARRIVAL DATE, if possible we ask that you communicate a week earlier.
The Check-in time starts at 13h.
ARRIVALS AT THE CHARLES DE GAULLE AIRPORT: will count two hours after the plane lands if made by taxi or shuttle and three hours if made by subway or bus.
ARRIVALS IN ORLY AIRPORT: will count one hour after the plane lands if made by taxi or shuttle and two hours if made by subway or bus.
ARRIVALS IN TRAIN OR BUS: one hour and a half after arrival at the station if made by taxi / shuttle and two hours and a half if made by subway or bus.
ARRIVALS IN CAR OR OTHERS: please set the time for the check-in.
Important note: it is essential that the day of check-in you agree ate least 20 minutes for the apartment presentation.
What if I arrive before the agreed time for check-in?
If you arrive before the agreed time for check-in, we try to reorganize in to host you in advance. However, we will not guarantee that this relocation will be possible due to our high demand. In that case, please wait until the time it is scheduled for you. You can enjoy the streets of your neighborhood, have a coffee in one of the numerous bars and restaurants near your apartment.
• EARLY CHECK-IN •
If my flight arrives early in the morning, can i go before 13:00 to the apartment?
If the apartment is already available and clean, check-in can be made out starting from Monday 9:00 am to Friday, and 11:00 am on weekends and French holidays.
If the apartment is not ready, you can choose to leave the bags in the apartment at 11.00 and return at 13.00, standard time for the check-in.
• CHECK-IN LATE •
I'm late for check-in, what do I do?
Any delay must be communicated by phone, if not, the maximum waiting time is 30 minutes from the scheduled time for check-in. A € 20 fee may be charged to reschedule a new check-in time.
They will be added € 40 for all arrivals after the 19:30 (07:30 pm).
Our team will follow via internet the flight arrival schedules to redo, if necessary, the calculation of your check-in according to the landing time of your plane.
If any last minute change occur to your flight, you should contact immediately the person responsible for the reception in the apartment.
• SECURITY DEPOSIT •
How does the guarantee deposit works ?
This guarantee deposit is to cover proportionally any damage in the apartment or the building, such as:
Loss of keys
Damage to household appliances for misuse
Loss or appliances break in general
Soil damage, walls, doors, etc.
Furniture damage, decorative objects, utensils
Stains or tears in the bed and bath linens
Fines related to misconduct with the neighbors and any damage to the building
Delays in schedules combined to check-in and check-out
Maximum number of people allowed exeeded by the contract
Important note: the apartment must be delivered in the same condition it was received. Otherwise, a cleaning fee may be deducted from the deposit guarantee.
It is not allowed to move the apartment furniture.
• CLEANING •
How is the apartment cleaned? Is it cleaned every day?
We care a lot for about the cleanliness in our apartments. The apartment will be delivered to you clean and tidy. You should take care of the apartment as if it was your home during your stay and let it in order on the day of your departure.
Maid service is not included in the price and you can ask us separately.
If you want to housekeeping, the only cleaning fee is payable on the day of your arrival to the final maintenance of the apartment. The cleaning fee varies according to the apartment and is specified in each announcement. This cleaning fee does NOT include removal of garbage in general (food scraps, bags and belongings left behind) and the kitchenware washing used or not washed properly.
If at checkout deemed necessary, there may be an increase of € 20 for each additional hour of the cleaning.
You can hire extra cleaning at the time of your reservation or during your stay. The price of the extra cleaning is 20 € per hour with minimum of 3 hours of cleaning at the same day.
• BED AND BATH LINENS •
The bed and bath linens are included? What if I want more towels?
The apartment is prepared with a complete kit for each guest and a linen kit for one double bed or two single beds, as is the flat setting.
Each bed linen and bath Kit contains:
1 large 180x200cm sheet (or two single sheets)
1 large 180x200cm duvet cover (or two single duvet covers)
2 square pillowcases
2 large towels
2 small towels
2 bathroom rugs
Double for 4 people, three times for 5 or 6 people and so on.
The basic toiletries (soap, shampoo and toilet paper)
The basic general cleaning products (1 dish towel, detergent, sponge, disinfectant, etc.)
You can request an extra bed linen Kit and towels at a cost of € 30 each, remembering that each kit is for two people.
Important note: the bed and bath utensils are washed industrially by a particular company.
• CHECK-OUT •
On the day of my departure, what do i do with the key? Someone will do the check-out?
Everything depends on the time you leave the apartment.
The standard schedule for the check-out should be up to 11.00.
If your departure is before 09:00, you can just leave the keys inside the apartment and close the door. Our team will come to check the apartment starting at 09.00.
The estimated check out time must be respected. The apartment inspection will be made after your final check-out, without the need of your presence. Once the apartment checked and is no changes are detected, your guarantee deposit will be released entirely.
Any damages, fines or poor maintenance of the apartment, the deposit will be retained partially or completely according to the assessment of damage.
• LATE CHECK-OUT •
And if I need to occupy the apartment until later?
By paying a half of the daily, the departure time can extend up to 16.30. (Option only available if no customer is arriving on the same date).
If you need to occupy the apartment until after 16:30, we suggest you pay for another day (subject to availability of the apartment).
If the apartment is not available, you can leave the bags in the apartment between 11:00 and 13:00, leaving the apartment at 11:00 am so that housekeeping can start the cleaning.
You can also leave your bags in our office (11 rue du Perche, 75003 Paris) Monday to Saturday between 9:00 a.m. and 17:00.
• FORGOTTEN OBJECTS •
If I forget an important object at the apartment, can you send it to me?
We are not responsible for forgotten or left belongings behind. But we can send them by mail upon payment of a variable rate of 50 €.
• THE APARTMENT CONDITIONS •
- Age restrictions: only adults over 18 years or accompanied by a responsible
- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, either in public Property parties. * Exceptionally on the balconies or backyards
- Pets are not allowed in the apartment
- Water, gaz, electricity and internet: included on the price * except contractual exceptions
- Cleaning: the apartment is delivered clean and in perfect conditions
- No GROUPS allowed for any kind of celebration, or GROUPS visiting the city to attend football matches.
- Reservations are not accepted from people who will conduct illegal activities or invite company people while staying at the apartment.
- À la Parisienne may transfer the occupants of an apartment to another if there are not fixable faults in the period of your stay (leaks, fire, demolition, etc.).
