Vdara Hotel & Spa is right in the middle of the best part of the Strip and part of City Center. You are in between the Aria, the Cosmopolitan and the Bellagio Hotels. It is a 3 minute walk to each of those hotels.
This penthouse suite has an incredible view from the 42nd floor.

Hi, My name is Ford Brown and I am a recently retired doctor. I just bought these two amazing 2 BR penthouse suites after years of searching for the perfect place to live on the Strip. I have been coming to Las Vegas for over 20 years and I know the importance of doing it all and then getting away from it all... of having fun and then having quiet time.. The Vdara Hotel is perfect in that it is in the heart of the Strip and you can easily access everything: shows, nightclubs, gambling, shopping... but it is also feels like a calm oasis that lets you get away from the craziness when you need to. It is so important to find a relaxing, comfortable space in this town and I feel like this is the best there is to offer. The Vdara property has about 1500 hotel rooms and suites. Of those, only 140 are privately owned. As it turns out, most of the biggest floor plans are privately owned and can not be accessed through their regular reservation system... So here is your chance to live in a place not available to the public.
