About this listing
This family house is located half a block away from the underground-railway-train station ‘Larisa’ which is on the CENTRAL LINE of Athens metro. (2 stops from Omonia station, 4 stops from Syntagma square, 5 stops from Acropolis).
The building is quite old but the apartment itself (200sqm) has been recently renovated and everything inside is new. It is a FOUR BEDROOMS place with TWO BATHROOMS, a spacious living room with a fireplace, a FULLY LOADED KITCHEN and a room used as an office with a computer. The kitchen is well equipped with an oven and a stove, a microwave, a fridge with a freezer and all sorts of pans and pots. The large living room area includes two couches, situated right in front of the television and a DVD player. From the living room you can access a LARGE TERRACE which is ideal for nice conversations.
My little brother moved recently for his studies and i decided to start renting rooms instead of the entire house so he can have nice experiences as I did through airbnb. He plays basketball and his a really nice person.
The apartment’s surround area offers a number of services including a HYPERMARKET and several kiosks, some of which are on 24h service. There is a parking service and a taxi rank that is also available 24h right outside the ‘Larisa’ station.
* Spacious guest rooms. There is also a space which is off the living room and has a bed and a sofa-bed if needed.
*Clean bed linens, towels are provided.
*Fans are available for the rooms and there is aircondition in the living room.
*I always have some goodies for you to use (coffee, tea, sugar.)
The apartment and its excellent location make it the best choice for spending your time in the city of Athens. I would be really happy to host you all.
House rules are pretty much simple and rational I would say. You should really feel like home but also respect the place you are accomodated in, meaning not kicking the doors and walls, not throwing things to each other, not breaking house staff. Most importantly no other tenants are allowed in the building without my permission. Keep it down between (phone number hidden) and after 23:00, due to quietness policy in Athens. PLUS... wash your dishes and respect WC hygiene rules.
