The space
Get ready to be dazzled once you step into this luxury home located in the quiet, beautiful Redbird Ranch Community. It is very stylish, yet the comfortable open planned living areas set the mood for a great vacation. You are welcome to hang out any time at the elegant pond located in front of the house, relish the calm, natural breeze and enjoy our beautiful Texas sunset.
The gorgeous, living room on the first floor has a fire place. It is furnished with brown new comfy couches, a 65” smart LG TV, a center table, coffee table and a rug.
The spacious, stylish kitchen is fully equipped with brown new appliances, microwave, dish washer, coffee maker, blender, toaster, pots, pans, cups and utensils for the needed comfort of our guests.
The breakfast area is furnished with a glass top table and four chairs.
The family room is equipped with a wall mount wine bar, a dinning table with 8 chairs. The family room also has a pool table, 2 single armchairs overlooking the beautiful front yard view. A cup of morning coffee or tea here will no doubt set your day up to a great start. It's also a place to relax with a glass of wine and unwind after a long day of exploring .This family room is also equipped with a piano, for you to play your favorite melodies for an ultimate relaxation. This house is truly a home away from home.
The exercise room has a 32” smart TV. It is equipped with a treadmill, work bench and weights. An indoor basketball shootout arcade game is also available for kids and adults. Tennis rackets and balls are provided should you want to utilize the community tennis court located a stone throw from the house. A bicycle is available should you want to explore our beautiful community on a bike.
A private work space is provided on the first floor.
The 2nd living room upstairs has a beautiful view of the pond in front of the house. It is furnished with a 50” smart TLC TV and a comfy couch, 1 center table and 2 side tables.
The master bedroom is located on the second floor; is equipped with a 45 inch tv. It has a large walk-in closet, and spacious bathroom with double sink.
There are 2 other bedrooms upstairs with queen size beds, and one room downstairs. The room downstairs has a 50” smart TLC Tv. It has an attached full bathroom. It is equipped with a one full-size beds, a full/twin size bunk bed with a trundle with a twin size mattress.
Guest access
Guests will have the entire house for themselves.
You will receive a secure door code that will only be available for your stay the night prior to check-in day. No other guest will have your code.
• CHECK-IN begins at 4:00 pm and CHECK-OUT by 11:00 am. If you anticipate early check-in or delay departure consult with host prior. Approval not guaranteed, depends on house availability.
• WELCOME KIT: The following materials are provided in the unit: An extra paper towel, extra trash bags, sponge , a liquid dish washing soap.
Each bathroom will have an extra toilet, bar soaps and a body lotion. Please feel free to stop at the nearest supermarket to purchase additional items you may need during your stay

HOUSE RULES:
No Third-party booking. Must message host first to get approved.
Moving/rearranging furniture or equipment inside the house is not allowed.
Occupancy Maximum is strictly enforced. Fees for extra guest.
You may receive home visits as long as you do not exceed the number of guests staying overnight at the Residence.
NO PARTIES/EVENTS. Quite time: 11pm – 8am
NO SMOKING inside the house
NO DRUG USE OF ANY KIND (Authorities will be called. Guests will be asked to leave and will forfeit money)
• DAILY CLEANING: Daily housekeeping is not included with the rental fee. Prior to check-in the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. During your stay you can request cleaning for an additional fee of $225
Leaving the house excessively dirty incurs a minimum $100 extra cleaning fee
PLEASE DO NOT PARK THE CAR ON THE STREET. Do not park inside the garage neither. Park in the driveway. It has more than enough space to park more than 4 cars.
• GARBAGE: Put the trash in its proper place and be aware of the collection days.
PLEASE NOTE:
By booking this reservation, Guest and his/her group shall hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Host against any and all claims of bodily injury or property damage or loss arising from the use of the premises and amenities/equipment provided regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. Amenities/equipment include but not limited to the treadmill, exercise equipment, weights, bicycle, community swimming pools, tennis and basketball courts. Guests expressly recognize that any insurance for property damage or loss which the Host may maintain on the property does not cover the personal injury and property of Guest and his/her group.
