Check In
  • Joe was a great host! On the day I arrived it was raining heavily, so he came by and picked me up. What a nice gesture. The private room and bathroom gave me lots of space, and there was even a great desk where I could pop out my laptop and get some work done in the evenings.

    Two thumbs up!

  • Joe was a great host! Easy to contact, very responsive to my questions. His house is lovely and very clean. The bedroom had a comfortable bed. The bathroom had a good shower. Overall, an excellent stay.

  • We loved staying in Joe's beautiful home during the Christmas holidays, the room is quiet, the bed very comfortable and the bathroom easily accessible. Joe is a gracious host and had breakfast makings ready for us each morning. We will definitely come back next time we come up to visit our grandkids.

  • Joe is a great and thoughtful host. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay at his place went smoothly. Additionally, the house and rented room are both beautiful. Comfy pillows (and bed)!

Due to flight difficulties, we had to change our arrival time and upon informing Joe, he told us that he'd meet us at the SEPTA train station. We didn't want to disturb him since the arrival time was much later than the original, but he insisted. We were very grateful.

Joe is accommodating, makes great conversation and keeps a gorgeous home. We will stay at his place again if the opportunity presents itself.

  • Joe has a gorgeous, comfortable home, and he made us feel very welcome--he even picked us up from the train station when we arrived. The bedroom and private bathroom were immaculate and we were also provided with a continental breakfast. Joe's house is an easy ten-minute walk to the train, which quickly gets you to downtown Philly, and his neighborhood is quiet and safe. Joe is a generous, affable host, and we'd love to stay with him again.

Self Employed
Hi: My name is Joe. I'm a former university administrator who is now self employed. I love traveling, meeting people and dancing salsa. These are three of my current passions. I am still excited about discovering new ideas and different things to do. That is why traveling abroad and meeting people are so important to me. I learn so much that way. I listen to many forms of music but jazz and Latin music top my list. I enjoy good conversations about a wide range of subjects. If you stay at my house I think you will enjoy its peaceful presence.
