2) It is located in one of the best, most fascinating and requested areas of the historic centre of Venice, close to everything but far from the crowds. The area is very quiet and there are no problems getting around even at night. The building, known for its architectural qualities, is very silent. Five habitable balconies available. Breath-taking views of the Giudecca canal, enjoyable from seven windows and also from the waterfront balcony.
3) The vaporetto stop - water bus - is located 25 (twenty-five) meters from the entrance. Direct connection with Piazza San Marco - 5 minutes - Lido with its beaches, car parking and station. Also, very convenient for arriving by taxi directly from the airport, port, station or car park. This is the part of Venice that I love even more because although this area is only 10 minutes from Piazza San Marco, which is always full of tourists, Zattere are more calm and always giving different emotions, depending on the day time. This part is always full of light, sun, water, colors .. and joggers. You can see the sun rise early in the morning and the evening sunset. Often, in front of the apartment, behind the Church of the Redeemer, you can observe, and be fascinated, from the rising moon. You can have the best time in Venice on every season of the year. Have a coffer, a delicious ice cream, an appetitive or a full meal (from pizza to the top quality fish restaurants in town). Just relax walking alongside the Giudecca Canal. You'll never forget these emotions. You'll never forget Zattere.

The rate applied takes into account the high management costs of the apartment, considering that there is, among other things, the concierge service and the elevators to the floor. they are often not present in the apartments in Venice, in particular that of the concierge which is extremely rare.

This is the part of Venice that I love even more because although this area is only 10 minutes from Piazza San Marco, which is always full of tourists, Zattere are more calm and always giving different emotions, depending on the day time. This part is always full of light, sun, water, colors .. and joggers. You can see the sun rise early in the morning and the evening sunset. Often, in front of the apartment, behind the Church of the Redeemer, you can observe, and be fascinated, from the rising moon. You can have the best time in Venice on every season of the year. Have a coffer, a delicious ice cream, an appetitive or a full meal (from pizza to the top quality fish restaurants in town). Just relax walking alongside the Giudecca Canal. You'll never forget these emotions. You'll never forget Zattere.

If you stay in our apartment you can have the best time in Venice on every season of the year. Just walk out on Zattere, have a coffee, an aperitif or a dinner(from pizza to the top quality fish restaurants in town). Do relax walking alongside the Giudecca Canal. 'Sitting in the morning sun. You'll be sitting when the evening comes. Watching the ships roll in.
And I watch 'em roll away again.' You'll never forget these emotions. You'll never forget Zattere. High level restaurant overlooking the Giudecca canal, among the most beautiful in Venice. Nearby: Guggenheim Museum, Museum Pinault Punta della Dogana, Accademia.

Dorsoduro is, according to the Venetians and the travelers, one of the best area in Venice. It is close to eveything, especially the area where the apartment is situated, and far away from the tourist crowds.
it is a very sunny area and close to the nature. From the master bedroom and the sitting room it is possible to observe many different birds species, according to the season, flyng over the Giudecca Canal.
Although Dorsoduro is central, it keeps a Venetian atmosphere with its local markets, and small pubs in Santa Margherita.
A must the visit of the "squero" San Trovaso a small gondola boatyard that first opened in the 17th century, followed by a nice glass of wine and a cicchetto at Schiavi. Glimpses of the real Venice beyond the tourist veneer are easier to find than you would expect in this area. Do not miss the visit of some churches: La Salute, San Nicolò dei Mendicoli, Carmini and Gesuati and last but not least San Sebastiano with paintings from Veronese. If you want to have some relax on a sunny day just walk on the Zattere quay, take a gianduiotto or have a nice lunch along in one of the many restaurant facing the Canal: this is what Venetians do on a sunny Sunday.
