  • This could not have worked out better for us. David made us feel most welcome. The communication was easy and friendly. His apartment is in the perfect location, walking distance to everything it seemed. Everything was clean and it was a pleasure to cook in the kitchen. This was my first experience using airbnb and it will not be the last. Thanks David!

  • We had a wonderful time at David's apartment. He let us check in earlier because the flat was free in the morning and welcome us with some delicious home made baking ! The location of the flat is great and everything was ready for us when we arrived. David is a great host, very thoughtful and friendly. I would recommend his place without a doubt !

  • My wife and I took an impromptu, one-night trip to Montreal. With only 48 hours notice, we could not have asked for better accommodations and service from our Airbnb host. As we scrambled to prepare for our trip, David provided helpful responses to our emails & texts within minutes. We arrived to find David's apartment lovely, spacious, and clean. And it truly is in the heart of the Plateau. Once we parked our car (in the spot David had shoveled out for us), we were able to easily walk everywhere we wanted to go. We will definitely be back!

  • David was very friendly and accommodating. We set up a time in advance to chat over the phone to discuss logistics. He was very patient with our multiple flight and bus delays getting there. When our flight home got delayed and the weather was frigid, he let us stay at the apartment for a few more hours to kill time. The apartment was clean and homey. The bed was comfortable and the Netflix was a nice way to spend frigid nights in during our stay. (-40 windchills!) I would definitely recommend David!

  • David is a really great host. He had patience with us while we struggled with traffic to get to his apartment. His apartment was really nice!! It was clean and tidy and it was really roomy, to feel comfortable in. David even gave us some treats for the New Year's Eve! He is a great host!

    January 2014
  • David is a consummate host. His attentiveness to our needs as first-time visitors to Montreal was more like having a good friend, intent on establishing comfort and convenience during our brief stay during the holidays.

The apartment is lovely, cozy and extremely well-appointed while being nestled in the hippest part of town. We found some of our best restaurant experiences to be only a few blocks away and the hospitality of the Montreal locals to be exuberant and friendly.

We would highly recommend this gem in the Plateau, a perfect launchpad for fun and comfortable and peaceful place to relax afterwards!

    Bonne continuation

    December 2013
  • We had a lovely stay at David's flat. It was perfect and really in the heart of everything fun in Montreal! David was the perfect host, greeting us upon arrival and helping us get acquainted with the flat and neighborhood. He went above and beyond by shoveling out the parking spot out back for us (during the crazy snow storm!) and leaving us delicious olive ciabatta, eggs, milk, and juice. Thanks for making our stay so comfy, easy, and enjoyable, David!
