Welcome to Nashville!! We are two females in our late 20s that live in the heart of East Nashville. We are very flexible, laid back gals who enjoy craft beers and vinyls.
We have a private apartment in our finished basement that has a separate entrance through a screened in back porch and a large full acre fenced-in backyard. This is very ideal if you have a pet or would like to camp. Since it is a basement apartment the ceilings are a little lower.
The basement apartment has its own full bath, washer/dryer, refridgerator, tv with cable, internet, and a full size bed. If you have more than 2 people we have a cot, crash pad, and a futon with plenty of floor space to fit a large number of people if you are a band passing through town.
The neighborhood is very quiet with ample parking on the street. There is a bus stop about a half mile from the house if you would like to use public transportation.
There is a start up farm on the property called Wild Roots Farm. So if you stay you will be able to see fresh berry plants and many different types of herbs all along the property.
We look forward to meeting you and welcome you to our home!
I have a full time job and I own my own business so I am not home very much, but I am always available through email, text, or call. If you would like to meet and chat just let me know I would love to meet everyone that passes through. Since it is a separate entrance to the apartment, I am not usually there at check in but if you have any questions just let me know and I will be there.

We stayed with Allie for a long weekend reunion. Even though there were six of us, we had plenty of space and were very comfortable. The apartment is very conveniently located; we were easily able to drive to the sights or take a $20 cab to downtown. We will definitely be staying with Allie again for our next Nashville reunion!
We enjoyed our stay with Allie. It was exactly as advertised. I wish the weather would have been nicer, I really was looking forward to enjoying the screened in porch with my morning coffee. Allie's backyard is beautiful. It was also very quiet there and we did not have any difficulty getting around.
Allie's place felt like we had a fun and sweet friend in Nashville who let us crash at her place. The apartment is rather spacious, one large room with a bathroom off to the side. The stained glass like window in the bathroom was pretty! There is a really nice screened in porch just off the entrance, and checking in/out was super easy. Another reviewer said that Allie is a black belt in Airbnb and I could to agree more! Thanks, Allie! --- p.s. Allie mentions it in the post but the ceilings are a little lower. I am 5'6 and had no issues, but my 6'3 boyfriend could not stand up! We had a running joke about how many times he would forget to duck before walking! It wasn't a huge in inconvenience, but something for tall folk to keep in mind. :)
Great, seamless, and easier than going to a hotel. Thanks.
We stayed at Allie's twice, once on our way to Chicago and once on the way back. We had a minor inconvenience to which Allie responded immediately and was very responsive. We enjoyed our stay at Allie's and it is a place, and a host, I would recommend.
Even though we didn't get to meet Allie. Our stay was great. Check-in was super easy. We loved Nashville!!
Has to be the best value stay in Nashville. The three of us had a great time, enjoyed the quiet neighborhood when we needed to sleep and the location when we got out and about. Thanks Allie for being so accommodating!
This was my first Airbnb experience and thanks to Allie it was great! The apartment is very comfortable, clean and private! Allie comunicated really well and kept on checking everything was fine! I'd definitely recommend staying at her place!
Allie's place was perfect for what we needed. We had to travel down to Nashville to escape a storm, and while it was raining in Nashville, Allie's place was perfect to warm up in.
Ali's place was great! Just like the pictures and easy to find. I didn't get a chance to meet her but she communicated very well with me even with our late check in! Thanks Ali! See you next time!
