This was the my first experience with AirBnB - and it couldn't have been better! The "Cottage" has a very comfortable feel to it. It's conveniently located near the University and downtown in a quite, older neighborhood lined with beautiful tress, near the Shoal Creek greenbelt. The "Cottage" is well stocked with everything one would need (including coffee and eggs). The instructions and notebook supplied by the Hosts - included everything we needed to know!
I had the most wonderful time in this cute and quaint cottage. It wasn't far off the beaten path and really centrally located to anything I wanted to do. I LOVED the neighborhood too. The hosts were so hospitable and communicative. I felt more than accommodated.
My daughter and I had a great stay at Andy and Ellen's cottage. Any and everything we could have possibly needed was planned for and provided. The location was 10-15 min or less from everywhere we wanted to be, and the neighborhood was safe and welcoming.
Ellen greeted us when we arrived and let us know she was there if we needed anything. On our last day she also let us know we could extend our check-out time because there were no guests booked immediately after us. Very accommodating.
I would highly recommend this particular airbnb!
This listing was 100% accurate. Cottage behind the house in a lovely tree lined neighborhood. Centrally located to all the places we wanted to go, do and see in Austin. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this property to everyone.
