The Space

Cupido's Room is the first room available of Annusca's house, 2 other rooms Venus' room and Mars' room will be open in the next spring.
Annusca's house take its name from my beloved sister, who loved a lot this project but unfortunately she cannot see the end, to her memory this b&b is dedicated to her.
Cupido's room is at the first floor, in the apartment right above that where Your Room in Florence is located, the 2 apartments are connected by a stairs, which takes to the garden and from here to the breakfast room.
Cupido's room is a very beautiful and cozy room, which faces on the inner garden, extremely quiet furnished with old furnitures, modern bathroom air conditioned and tv
Annusca's house as Your Room in Florence is located in the Oltrarno district, the most beautiful district of Florence, far from the tourist mass but very close to the most important museums and monuments of the city, with 15- 20 minutes walking you can reach Ponte Vecchio Uffizi Gallery and the Cathedral.
Very good restaurant are also nearby and walking distance also.
Casa di Annusca and Your Room in Florence are in the same building they share breakfast room and the garden so if Cupido's room is booked have a look at your room in Florence

  • Excellent place to stay! There were five of us in our family and we had two rooms at this B&B . We were very comfortable and slept well. The rooms were very clean and nicely (email hidden)e breakfast was the extra added benefit to this stay. We lived it! We got a cab ride to the B&B from the train station which was not expensive. We highly recommend this place and would defiantly stay again when we travel to Florence on our next adventure to Europe. Thank-you Fabio for everything!

  • Fabio's place is a perfect choice for anyone looking to visit the city of Florence. His place is very well located to walk into the city centre and there are quite a number of the best restaurants in Florence located on Fabio's side of the bridge. His breakfast that he provides is a excellent and enjoyable start to any day. Would definitely recommend any of his available rooms to stay if you are planning a visit to Florence. He is well organized and makes planning your stay very easy. Fabio gets an A++++

  • Fabio is a truly gracious and considerate host! He was an absolute lifesaver for this solo traveler. The upstairs suite of rooms is brand new, clean, and wonderful - the bathroom is pristine and with a great shower. The terrace overlooking the garden is a lovely touch. Plenty of space. Although it is a BnB you feel you have privacy - and quiet. The neighborhood is great - walking distance to everything, but less hectic. And, again Fabio is an incredibly thoughtful and gentle host - and his communication (and immediate response) before and during my stay was perfetto!

  • I really enjoyed our stay at Fabio's! The location is great. It's out of the tourist area, but close enough to walk to most of the sights you want to see, like the Duomo, Boboli Gardens, Uffizi and much more. The room was perfect, with a view to the lovely garden below where a great breakfast was served each morning. There were a few nice touches for your convienence in the room, like a bottle opener and glasses. Maps of the city were also available to use. Fabio knows a few different languages, so it is easy to converse. He provided a dinner recommendation that was excellent and only 3 blocks away. The food was wonderful! I highly recommend this location and room to anybody interested.

  • Fabio's place is in a great location. It is a 10 minute walk straight down the street to the Ponte Vecchio Bridge. My favorite place in the city was San Miniato. It is worth the hike to see the best view of the whole city. The breakfast that Fabio provides is wonderful. It was nice to start the day with a good meal and meet the other people who were staying there. I personally felt the room was a little warm and damp, which was not good for my sinuses. It didn't help that I was starting to get a cold. If you want to use the AC, you will need to ask to have it turned on. Unfortunately my time in Florence was cut short due to illness, but overall, Fabio's place is a good value. He is friendly and efficient. Thanks for everything!

  • Fabio is an excellent host. The apartment is lovely and the Cupido's room is completely quiet. It is such a oasis from the busy street life of Firenze. Quiet, but very close to everything. We were able to walk to all the museums and other sites. Breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed meeting the other guests. We highly recommend this place to stay.

  • Fabio was a great host and we enjoyed our lovely accommodations in Cupido's Room, overlooking his private garden. Our recently renovated bedroom was spacious as was the stylish adjoining bathroom. The breakfasts were some of our favorites while in Italy. We indulged in fresh fruits, pastries, bread, juice, coffee, eggs and yogurt alongside friendly guests and warm candlelight!

Fabio made himself readily available each morning at breakfast and we felt very welcome in his home. On our last night, we took a taxi to his family restaurant and had one of the best meals of our trip!

We captured our stay in Florence with photographs and blog (email hidden). Days 9-12 specifically cover our time at Fabio's. We highly recommend staying with him if you are in Florence!
