I invite you to enjoy the Parisian life in my charming studio of 26m2. It's located on the 1st floor and overlooks the very quiet and flowery courtyard that helps communication between neighbors! It's ideal to visit Paris for one, two or even three persons if you do not mind close!
The studio is not very large (it is so fashion in Paris!) but functional: a living-room / bedroom with double bed (2 places) in mezzanine, sofa bed (2 places), TV, DVD (and the movies that go with), mini-kitchen (but you're here to visit the city, not to cook!) with hotplates, fridge and oven. I also have a bath for lovers...
I provide sheets, wifi and phone, for some destinations. Unfortunately, I do not have a washing machine but there is a laundromat a few meters from the house.
In the heart of the 17th arrondissement, there is a real neighborhood life around the studio. A very nice and lively area, full of good restaurants & shops: Batignolles & Rue de Lévis where gardeners, cheese sellers, bakers, and various other vendors take an outdoor market every day (except Monday). Where I will not fail to provide you my favorite places!
Geographically located 15 minutes walk from the Moulin Rouge, Montmartre 15 minutes and 20 minutes from the Arc de Triomphe, you will find, among other, a direct bus to the Eiffel Tower and two metro stations (5 minutes walk) Villiers (lines 2 and 3) and Rome (line 2), which will take you all over Paris in a few stations: Champs Elysees, Opera, Concorde, Louvre-Rivoli, Belleville, Père Lachaise...
Mylene is very nice and the apartment is very lovely. It's really near to the metro station so you can easily get to the places you want to. The area around it is quiet.
It's a really good place to stay when you're in Paris if you don't matter a whiff of smoke in the apartment.
Apartment as expected. Small, nice, clean and in a quiet neighborhood.
Mylene was on time, friendly, professional and accommodating.
I enjoyed my short stay at Mylenes place and can definitely recommend both her and the place to anyone else visiting.
Mylene was really friendly and she tried her best to ensure our best staying at her apartment. The apartment is great located near Villiers station. The area is plenty of nice restaurants, bars & shops to find anything you need.
Despite I asked really late for the apartment. The same day! She was willing to place us there. Allowing us to have what ever we need from its apartment as it was ours. We really felt like in home. I would really recommend her apartment ! thanks Mylene!
Really loved this location. It's not as touristy and close to a great metro station and the shops and cafes in the area a terrific. If your into period houses, Musée Nissim de Camondo is just a short walk away and was awesome!
Marlene was very helpful, very friendly and accommodating. I was impressed she met me at the station and walked me to the apartment.
I thought the apartment size was great and had great amenities. The only thing I would say it's not as brightly lit as in the pictures. Not as much sunlight comes in.
But would definitely come again. Thanks Mylene :)
We very much enjoyed our stay in Paris. Mylene was a most welcoming with great suggestions and information about the area. The apartment is small but clean, quiet and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the nearby Rue de Levis and gathered our evening meal there on several occasions.
Now, when your amazing trip is ower I can say without any doubt that we made the correct choice booking Mylene’s studio. It justified all our expectations.
First of all the host, Mylene, is really helpful, sympathetic, attentive and outgoing person.
Second, the studio is clean and cosy. There are all comforts needed for comfortable stay. The apartment is situated in just perfect place to plunge into “real old Paris” atmosphere and to see sights of the city.
Getting to Triumphal Arc took us about 20 minutes, to Eiffel Tower about 30-35 min, to Monmartre –also not longer than 20 minutes. The heater successfully saved us from cold at night. Windows overlook cute enclosed court.
We walked a lot and used Metro only once. It’s fair to add that the nearest metro station is at a three-minute walking distance
So, all of us (2 adults and a kid) enjoyed our stay and wish it had been longer.
Dear Mylene, thank you for all.
Andrey, Sasha and Mary.
The 3 of us (myself, my daughter and my boyfriend) stayed at Mylene's studio for 4 nights in May 2013. Everything went well, we didn't have any issues. Mylene is very accommodating and friendly, always responded to our messages in a timely manner.
Her studio apartment is very cozy and has everything you need for your stay. We loved the location - nice neighborhood with lots of stores and cafes, the subway (metro) is nearby.
Would return again!
The experience in Mylene´s studio was great. The neighborhood is lovely (I loved the market in the street with fresh fruit and vegetables), the studio even when is little, has everything you need in a short, is clean, warm, you have wi fi, etc. Another good issue about this flat is the location. I was there with my wife to run the Paris Marathon and the start and finish line were close to Arc de Triomphe de l'Étoile, at a short distance from Mylene's studio that allowed me to go by walking to the race.
Finally, Mylene is a great host, she is very kind, has good advises and helps to make your stay great and comfortable.
A wonderful located small studio in a really nice neighborhood. The area is quiet but full of life - a bunch of small shops, restaurants, market and cafés. The metro station close by will take you where you want to go with max one transfer.
The studio is small and the kitchen is minimal, but it has everything you need - it's not like you want to stay indoor anyway, when all of Paris is right outside the door.
This place is wonderful and have my deepest recommendations.
Small and nice appartment. Mylene is wonderful, very welcoming, helping and being ready for every thing. We recomend for future guests.
