About This Listing
I invite you to enjoy the Parisian life in my charming studio of 26m2. It's located on the 1st floor and overlooks the very quiet and flowery courtyard that helps communication between neighbors! It's ideal to visit Paris for one, two or even three persons if you do not mind close!
The studio is not very large (it is so fashion in Paris!) but functional: a living-room / bedroom with double bed (2 places) in mezzanine, sofa bed (2 places), TV, DVD (and the movies that go with), mini-kitchen (but you're here to visit the city, not to cook!) with hotplates, fridge and oven. I also have a bath for lovers...
I provide sheets, wifi and phone, for some destinations. Unfortunately, I do not have a washing machine but there is a laundromat a few meters from the house.
In the heart of the 17th arrondissement, there is a real neighborhood life around the studio. A very nice and lively area, full of good restaurants & shops: Batignolles & Rue de Lévis where gardeners, cheese sellers, bakers, and various other vendors take an outdoor market every day (except Monday). Where I will not fail to provide you my favorite places!
Geographically located 15 minutes walk from the Moulin Rouge, Montmartre 15 minutes and 20 minutes from the Arc de Triomphe, you will find, among other, a direct bus to the Eiffel Tower and two metro stations (5 minutes walk) Villiers (lines 2 and 3) and Rome (line 2), which will take you all over Paris in a few stations: Champs Elysees, Opera, Concorde, Louvre-Rivoli, Belleville, Père Lachaise...

our stay at myeline's place was pretty comfortable. as she has been on a journey her sister marie showed us the place. she was very flexible time wise (we missed our plane and came much later - that was no problem for her). THANKS again Marie!
generally spoken: this place is a good basic station with very good surrounding (var. metros, nice market + café's). we spent only little time there - mainly for sleeping - and therefor it was enough. though it was smaller then we thought accordingly the photos. but it was silent which is important for a sleeping-place.
Had the most wonderful experience in Paris and Mylene's place played a huge part in it. This was my first time in Paris and being located in a wonderful neighborhood and right next to the metro made it the ideal place to stay. The studio made us feel right at home and was very nicely decorated. I would highly recommend Mylene's place for anyone who is traveling to Paris for a few days.
This studio is just as described, very homey inviting, and right near the heart of Paris. The surrounding neighborhood was very nice with several cafe's and food shops within a stones throw. We felt very safe walking around even late at night. We highly recommend Mylene and her studio!
My boyfriend and I spent 4 nights in Mylene's apartment. In terms of description and photos, it seemed to be more snug then the impression given. This was not too much of an issue, however, we found slight difficulty cooking. The photos seem to show a more open set up and the room arrangement didn't match this. Furthermore, there were dishes etc. left in the drying rack from the previous people staying there.
On a brighter note, the location was spot on. We were situated walking distance away from Montmatre, which is beautiful and lively. Also the apartment was just around the corner from a wonderful local market.
Overall, a nice stay. Nevertheless, it's called cosy for a reason.
the location is indeed perfect and the host was accessible and helpful, it is good for 2 people, however a little too small for three persons, and the kitchen facilities are fairly limited.
