About This Listing
Our cosy bedroom is a small little place with 2 very comfortable beds. The bathroom is just steps away. The skytrain to go downtown is a 5 minute walk and it takes a 15 minute ride to get there.
Bedroom with 2 single beds, clean, quiet and comfortable. Steps away from the bathroom. Laundry available if you need to use it.
We have dogs, so must love dogs.
Nice yard with a table and chairs to eat outside. Quiet neighbourhood. Community Centre 3 blocks away with gym, pool and library.
Excellent part of town: very well connected to transit: skytrain and buses. Bus 16 goes to downtown, Bus 25 takes you all across Vancouver east to west. Skytrain station Renfrew, 29th station and Nanaimo. Downtown in 10 minutes. Metrotown Mall in 10 mins as well.
Close to restaurants, Banks and shops: Ragazzi Pizza (the best ever!), Sushi, Superstore, etc.
Guests have access to the bathroom and the beautiful yard. Unfortunately the kitchen is unavailable, as it's too small and the kids and friends hang out there.
The neighborhood is very family orientes. There''s a park close by, a library, a community centre with a gym and a pool.
Renfrew skytrain staotion is the closest.
Bus 16 to go downtown. Bus 25 to go across to the west side.
No smoking drinking or partying at all, inside or outside.
Good location for what we were in town for. Easy access and worked great for what we needed, a place to sleep. Thanks.
Claudia and her family were lovely. The room was nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable. Claudia was also very helpful in accommodating our later check in time. We had nice little chats over the course of our stay. There are two dogs and although they bark they are really cute and harmless.
The reservation was canceled 5 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
I stayed here with my dad. The beds were very comfortable and the fresh linens provided were appreciated. At first it was a little different venturing into someone's house, but that's what airbnb is all about. We shared the clean bathroom on the lower level with one of the house's renters. Met Claudia on the second night and she was very warm and made us feel comfortable. The dogs barked at us each time we entered but weren't an issue. I wear earplugs at night when travelling so I slept fine. The location was great and parking was easy enough on the street.
Claudia was a great host, very accommodating and helpful. Let us have a later check in since we couldn't make it to Vancouver by 10 am. The dogs were not a problem, only barked when they heard us walk in, but otherwise they were very quiet. We only stayed two nights but it was a pleasant stay!
