Our stylish apartment is perfect for a relaxing holiday with friends or family. The bus runs only approx. 75m from the house directly to the areas of Sölden (approx. 15 minutes) and Obergurgl-Hochgurgl (approx. 30 minutes). The Längenfeld thermal baths can also be reached by bus within 5 minutes. The well-equipped living/dining/kitchen area invites you to cook and linger together. Our apartment offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet.

The modern and lovingly furnished 4-room apartment has a spacious living / dining area along with kitchen and a beautiful sun terrace.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms, each equipped with a 2x2m box spring bed, a wardrobe, a desk and a Smart-TV - and all with mountain views and private balcony access!
The rooms share 2 bathrooms (each with hairdryer) and an extra WC.

Guest access
Our apartment is at the top/ on the 3rd floor and can be easily reached via the elevator. You can use the underground car park for your car and a common room for ski-/ snowboard equipment and bicycles. The apartment is - apart from one storage room - completely available for you.

Other things to note
Längenfeld offers its guests numerous restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and shops. Bicycles and skis/ snowboards can be rented and numerous tours in the Ötztal can be booked - there is always something to do for people of all ages!
