Enjoy your visit to KC in this stunning lower-level apartment, which is entirely separated from the main level with a private entrance, and just minutes from downtown. Guests are welcome to hang out and relax on the back patio, and enjoy the amazing tree-lined park-adjacent backyard and amazing new firepit area!

Several coffee shops, Cliff Drive, Kessler Park, and the wonderfully renovated Kansas City Museum are just blocks away in the beautiful Historic Northeast Neighborhoods.

The space
The entire lower-level unit within this beautiful mid-century ranch is accessed via a private entrance. Inside you will find 2 sizeable bedrooms with queen beds and all the comforts, including a great desk and workspace in the primary bedroom. There is also a full-size twin roll-away bed in the unit, if needed.

You will also find 2 full bathrooms with beautiful tile showers. There is a full kitchen(ette) with dual induction burners and a large toaster oven/air fryer for cooking, as well as a microwave, rice cooker, coffee bar, dishwasher, and much more.

The dining area features a beautiful large walnut table for formal dining or a small bar counter for a quick snack.

The living area features a 55" wall-mounted television, a beautiful (non-functioning) fireplace, and all the good vibes for hanging out and relaxing.

You will find the space comfortable for short or long stays, with a full-size washer/dryer for any laundry needs.

The tree-lined backyard is a perfect spot to relax, whether on the back patio or the newly added firepit area! Please note that the Adirondack chairs are moved into storage during KC's harsh winter months to prevent damage.

Guest access
Feel free to use the backyard, grill, and patio. You are welcome to park 1 vehicle in front of the left garage door.

The first-level unit is occupied and will not be accessible during your stay.

Other things to note
For the business traveler or digital nomad, a desk with secondary monitor and 1 gigabit fiber internet/WiFi are your ticket to productivity.
