Cozy Room w/ Full Bed, Newport Mesa

The Space

Welcome to East Side Costa Mesa!
You will be staying in our Grandma cottage style home.
Your room has hard wood floors, a brand new coat of paint and its own private entrance! The bathroom is shared with 1-2 other guests when that room is booked. It has a full sized bed, always clean sheets. There is plenty of closet space to store your stuff as well as full length mirrors on the closet doors. There is also a mini fridge in the room for you to store food and beverages.
Check in is anytime after 10am, on Sunday check in anytime after noon. Check out is by 9am.
The rest of the home is not available for use but there are great places to get coffee and great food
just a few blocks away.
It is a non smoker room. Sorry we do not rent to smokers.
The climate in Costa Mesa is usually very mild, most homes do not have air-conditioning. In the summer you will need to open the windows and turn the ceiling fan on, as this room does not have air conditioning.

Parking is available on the street, but Wednesday morning is street cleaning day, no parking from 8-10am. Just park around the corner on Tustin Ave.

There is a TV in the room with a separate box, and we do have wireless internet.
The password is noted in the room.

For those of you who are not familiar with the area, East Side Costa Mesa is a real hot spot in Orange County! We are right by John Wayne Airport, less than a mile from the beach, and close to so many amazing local coffee shops and eateries. We will be happy to provide you with a list of some of our favorite places to go and if you have questions about any, please feel free to ask us!

This one bedroom would be ideal for someone traveling on business who is looking for a nice, central place to stay while in the area.
This room is better set up for and prefer one guest, but have considered couples for an additional fee.
Check out the other room with a queen size bed if there are 2 of you.

Note: The gardeners do come on Saturday morning around 7:30. But they are pretty quick, hope it won't be to annoying.

Guest Access

Guests will have access to the room, with a private entrance. The hallway leads to the bathroom which is shared with another guest.
On the day of your arrival the key will be left under the mat to your door, the smaller door on the left of the house as you approach from the street. Yours is the door with the curtain. Check in is anytime after 10am, Sunday any time after noon, checkout is by 9am.

Interaction with Guests

Guests have a mostly private stay. Guests may see each other in the hallway or outside the house coming and going. We have had several stay and not even meet them due to schedules. We are always happy to meet the guests, and respect your desire for solitude also.

The Neighborhood

Eastside Costa Mesa has everything so close by.
Within walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants and great coffee shops.

Getting around

Bus stop is just a few blocks away. Go to (website hidden) for schedule or Uber App for car service.

We have our price so reasonable that we do not do any discounts and we don't rent by the month.
