The apartment is a duplex apartment for 5/6 persons approx. 50 m2 situated in the original Avoriaz 1800.
A duplex apartment is on three levels:
The first level includes a bedroom (1 grand lit) and a bathroom (toilet, bidet, shower / tub)
The second level consists of kitchen with dining area and living room. (living room includes 2 sofas for sleeping). Windows and balconies with views of the Morzine valley to the southwest. The third level is the "balcony" with bunk beds for 2 persons, full ceiling height.
As one of France's oldest and most charming ski destinations crowns Avoriaz is definitely at the top. Here, you can enjoy an atmosphere that has no equal elsewhere.
Upon arrival in the city park your car outside the city in the Parking-places. Avoriaz is a car-free city. All transport then takes place in horse-drawn sledges or on foot. There is no trace of asphalt, and snow is a meter thick in the streets, where the only sounds coming from the chattering skiers and bells on the horse-drawn sleighs.
The buildings in Avoriaz are covered with wood, and this makes the city unlike many other French satellite cities concrete, and it gives a beautiful interaction with the surrounding nature.
The slopes offer something for skiers of all levels. Avoriaz is beautifully situated in the huge area Les Portes de Soleil, which other famous ski resorts like Morzine, Les Gets, also located. The area has just over 650 kilometers of pistes, mainly consisting of wide red boulevards. The area is bound well together and lift capacity is high. Will challenged the extreme, take a walk on the many black mountain slopes, and finish at the absolute challenge - 'Le Mur' - better known in the Danish terminology as 'The Wall'. The ski area gives you also the possibility to take a trip to Switzerland, which is a beautiful walk that you should indulge yourself.
You will have access to the whole appartment and a seperate skibox in te commun corridor.

Interaction with Guests
I live in Denmark, so I will not be present at your arrival.
But there is a guardian in the building. You will fetch the keys at the guardian/le conscierge between 16 o'clock-20 o'clock
Bring your own sheets, duvet covers and towels,
You are expected to tidy up before departure
In the living room there are two sofa-beds
In the sleeping area there is a "grand lit"
On the 1st floor 2 bunk beds
