Want a change of pace from an RV park? This listing is for our RV space or horse trailer parking at our family bed and breakfast and barn in the heart of Oregon wine country. We have a well maintained porta potty on site, but no outdoor shower facilities. This site is not well suited for tent camping. We also have separate listings for our two bedrooms available in the farmhouse.
Park in our pleasant, private space with water, electricity, and WiFi, and enjoy all our country area has to offer, including wonderful Oregon wine. And, we are an easy drive to Eugene and the University of Oregon Ducks or Corvallis and the Oregon State Beavers.
We are also four miles from Guaranty RV in Junction City, OR, one of the largest RV dealers in the West. Free dump station available at Guaranty. Need to leave the RV overnight for service? We can offer you a bedroom in our cute and cozy 50's style farmhouse, with continental breakfast. Additional details on our rooms in separate listings.

Stretch your legs after your journey with a walk in the pasture, pet the horses, and experience farm life in Oregon. We can give you an orientation to Oregon wine and personally introduce you to many of our wonderful local wineries. And we can share lots of information about the local area's arts, culture, farmer's markets, and of course lots of college sports.
We list check in and check out times, but we're flexible and want to meet your needs. Have a pet? Let's talk. We love pets, but we also have pets, so we have to be careful to protect the health and safety of all our pets. Well behaved pets on approval are welcome, although an extra fee applies for pets.
Ask us about "Farm Stays" for an in-depth country living experience or a "Horse Experience" for an introduction to our horses and some one on one time with them. Special pricing applies. (Note, we do not have horses for rent)
Book the RV Space on our calendar for this listing. You can also check the availability calendar for the bedrooms in the farmhouse on separate listings.
Looking forward to seeing you in the country.
If you would like to tour the farm facilities and stables, please ask us. We're happy to show you around. For your safety, please don't visit the horses and goats in the barn or their pens/pasture without the host present. If you need access to a shower, laundry facilities, a full kitchen, would like a continental breakfast, or would like to use the BBQ and fire pit in backyard, we may be able to accommodate you, depending on space available, although extra fees apply.
Interaction with Guests
We always personally greet our guests and see them off on departure, and we're happy to visit and show you around the farm as well. If you are on a tight schedule or focused on other activities, we understand, and will work to get you in and out efficiently.
We are not on a public transit system. Lane County bus service is available four miles away in Junction City.
Shut the Gate! is the most important requirement at our farm. Our gates protect our animals from the road, so please close gates immediately on passing through. Their lives depend on it.
We will assist you with parking your RV or horse trailer inside our gated area when you check in and assist you with a safe departure as well.
We are a nonsmoking household, including our porch and deck. Smoking is also strictly forbidden near the barn or other outbuildings. We are not a good fit for guests who smoke.

This is a sharing situation at our farm, and we ask that you join us in the spirit of guests and friends. We will extend our very best hospitality for your comfort and convenience; however, our household of family, friends, and pets will be a part of your experience, and we want you to be comfortable with that.
We are a pet household with a friendly dog and three cats. Well behaved pets that get along well with other animals are welcome on approval (extra pet fee applies).
We ask that you keep a clean and neat camping area and dispose of all trash. We have garbage cans available for your use.
Mary graciously allowed us camp at the last minute on our way out to the Oregon coast. We arrived in the dark and set out early the next am so didn't get a chance to see much, by really enjoyed our brief stay!
I very much enjoyed meeting Mary and camping out in the RV spaces by her barn. She was a very warm and accommodating host, making me feel comfortable and welcome on the property.

I'm living my dream of owning a country property with horses, yet close to all the benefits of small cities, great universities, and the beautiful Pacific Northwest. I'm all about family, friends, animals, and hospitality, welcoming you to our home and sharing our lifestyle. I love life in the country, my horses, great Oregon wine, and locally grown food, and I hope you will too.
