This newly renovated brownstone apartment suite includes modern decor from ROVE concepts and modern lighting, located just 15 minutes from Manhattan, 1 block away(C train) in the heart of Brooklyn with great restaurants and bars.
Our place includes the following amenities.
King size bed, High-speed WiFi access, 65 OLED Apple TV.
Relax in a spacious, beautifully decorated living room with copious amounts of natural light.
Utilize the fully equipped modern kitchen with all appliances you need to cook your favorites meals. This beautiful Brooklyn based apartment has everything to make your feel at home when far away from home. The host lives in the building and is readily accessible for any issue or concerns.

Also guests without 5 outstanding reviews will require to leave a $300 security deposit.

Long term stays security deposit is $500 per every 30days. Also will have to sign a simple lease agreement.

. mandatory bi weekly cleaning at $120

We don’t have late check-out as we usually have guest checking in the same day and my cleaner starts right at 11am. If my cleaner has to wait and can’t get in at 11am. There will be a charge of $50 every 30mins. So please check out on time. Thank you

If any type of smoke cigarettes or weed is detected, there will be a $950 fine.

If you would like a couple of friends (2)to come over besides the ones registered of the time of booking please inform us. (no gatherings)

If rules are not followed you will be asked to leave and you will not receive a refund for the rest of your stay; so please follow the rules. Thank you for your consideration.

The cleaning fee for bringing a pet is $60

If you are bringing more then 1 pet. There will be an additional $50 pet fee for each additional pet you bring :)
