I have a PS3 for you gamers out there. As well as a decent selection of games. Or bring your own!
In the mornings I have assorted teas, and instant/regular coffee available as well as instant oatmeal and yogurt to start the day right. I typically often also have scones, sweet breads, and/or muffins. (If you are a long term guest, these are offered the first two days of your stay).
I love to cook and usually make too much food for one, so you are welcome to share evening meals with me as well if I am cooking that particular night. I also offer full kitchen privileges for those who prefer to prepare their own food.
I am located approximately halfway between the airport (15-20 mins) and downtown Seattle (15-25 mins by car). I offer airport pick up for an additional $20 (cash only). If I'm not available at your designated arrival time, cabs run anywhere from $30-$35 on average.
Want to explore the local scene? Several amenities are located nearby and I'm more than happy to help with directions, suggestions, etc.
Full kitchen access. Living room and 55" TV (woo hoo!)... when I'm not using it. Laundry facilities.
Interaction with Guests

I love the sense of community in West Seattle. To get an idea of how involved people are in this general area, check out the West Seattle Blog.
The Sunday Farmer's Market in The Junction, as well as The Junction itself is a great place to visit. Wonderful restaurants abound... some of my favorites are Pecado Bueno, Husky Deli, and Bakery Nouveau.
Alki is another must see. Beautiful views of downtown Seattle and just a generally nice drive (or walk!) along the beach/shoreline.
There is on street parking right in front of my house. Additionally, the driveway is sometimes available if I'm parked inside my garage.
There is a bus one block away that is very convenient and takes about 20-30 minutes to get to downtown Seattle. It stops in the International District and then travels through the middle of downtown. Further stops north are near Greenlake and Fremont.

Jennifer Francisco as a host was awesome, she prepared some excellent meals and was gracious with her home hospitality.
The room was excellent, the bed was very comfortable and it had all the needed requirements like a hotel room has. There was a small fridge and microwave in the room. There was a television with DVD available in the room which was a big plus!
The neighborhood was quiet and very pleasant, there where shops nearby, and restaurant's with excellent and different ethnics available.
I would return again and stay with Jennifer Francisco in her private, cozy room!
I needed a place to stay near home after hospitalization for chemo, to recover away from our nine year old's germs and the demands of parenting. Before booking I measaged Jen to explain my situation, to make sure she was okay with having a guest who would be there all the time and who would be having visitors. She was very understanding and welcoming, offering to run to the store if I needed something. The house was very comfortable, quiet, relaxing and pleasant, as was the neighborhood. The bed and bedding were extremely comfortable. I appreciated having kitchen privileges and being able to watch DVDs in the guest room and on the large TV screen in the living room. It was fun talking with Jen here and there too. She is really friendly, welcoming, and pleasant. I highly recommend her as a host!
My original stay was for a week, but I felt so comfortable here that I extended the time for longer. Jen's house is just a short drive off of I5 in a quiet, safe neighborhood. All the groceries I needed are only a few miles away, and Tukwila (full of every store in existence) is right around the corner. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen has everything you may ever need for cooking.
Jen is very social, cheerful, and loves helping out if you need anything. She'll be around sometimes, and working most of the time, but I never felt "alone in a strange place." The internet is FAST, the snacks are plenty, and it's been easy to feel relaxed here while planning what's next. :)
My sister and I enjoyed a great stay with Jen. It was a very cold weekend and her home was warm and cozy. She is very friendly open and helpful. We enjoyed breakfast together before dparting at Cafe Nouveau and look forward to staying in touch.
Listing was accurate and home was very neat and clean, location was great too.
cozy, comfortable and very convenient stay. Jennifer is a great host
I had a wonderful time with Jen. It was my first Airbnb experience and it was fantastic! Jen is a great person, very helpful and amazing to talk to. The room is like advertised and exactly like the pics - very cozy! It's a nice neighborhood and you can get Downtown very easily and quick. Lincoln Park, the Waterfront and Puget Sound are very close and a must-see! I would always come back and stay with her! Very recommendable!
