If you plan vacation or business in NY - be my guest in this beautiful & original downtown loft in the historic district of TRIBECA. Comfortable for 4 (max 5) guests. The loft is gorgeous and the location almost unbeatable for a fun NY trip.
I rent our gorgeous bright loft in the heart of Tribeca - Downtown NY - it is right next to the TRIBECA Grand Hotel. The loft is a second story walk up with floor to ceiling windows. It is filled with designer furniture and original art (since I own a art Gallery). It has two bedrooms with queen beds. All sheets and blankets etc. we bought new. We do supply towels etc. The bathroom is not huge but big enough and has a bathtub. The living room is beautiful with huge floor to ceiling windows. You have one big table to have dinner parties and a working woodburning fireplace. The loft has wireless internet and a well equipped kitchen. The loft is at the same time a true Artists Loft (meaning we rebuilt parts ourselves and it's not perfect) so please do not expect the perfectionism of a Hotel or a brand new building (well it is like most old lofts in NY are and it's real) - but as a upside it has great energy. Tribeca is the best location to experience NY it is close to all major Subways (1,2,3 line and the A,C,E line as well as the 4,5,6 line) and only steps from Soho. Still it is quite and next to the best restaurants and bars. Feel home in the most upscaled downtown NY neighborhood. We do love our loft and we are sure you will enjoy your time here.
The loft will be your home. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a big living-dining area. There is TV and wireless Internet and it has 2 Aircondition window units.

In my opinion TRIBECA is the best place to stay in New York City. It has beautiful architecture - mainly old warehouses which are transformed into residential lofts. A lot of the best restaurants of New York are in Tribeca as well as great bars. Nearly every interesting place in Downtown can be reached by walking - Brooklyn Brdige, Freedom Tower, Soho etc..
All major subways are close and it takes approx 45 Minutes with a cab from JFK or Newark.
If you respect our loft and things we have in there as if they were yours that would be what we expect. We have high end original design furniture and original art on the wall. No parties without asking us upfront. Internet Code and tips for the neighborhood are in the loft once you arrive.
Had a great stay in this charming appartment. The location is perfect and Arne is a serious and helpfull host. The heating had some problem during this very cold February week. The kitchen could be better equiped. Except for this we realy recommend Arne's appartment :)
Arne was extremely welcoming and accomodating. He answered all of my inquiries prior to the stay, and followed up with me during my stay to ensure that I was taken care of. The loft itself is beautiful, filled with unique art. There is plenty of sunlight radiating through the living room. And the area in Tribeca needless to say is one in a million.
Really cool place and location - communication was really good even though I did not see Arne once everything was ready for our stay - loved the art in the place.
Arne left some recommendations about the neighbourhood.
Yes you have a couple of flight of stairs to get to the loft but well worth it.
Great place to explore New York on foot.
Arne's loft is beautiful and exactly as advertised. It's in a fantastic location—close to trains and shops. The art on the walls is beautiful, and the windows let in a lot of natural light. Picking up keys was easy, and he was very responsive the entire time. Would highly recommend this apartment!

I am German but at the same time a New Yorker after living more then 10 years here. I am married with Kathie and we have two small daughters - which keep us busy. I do own Pablo's Birthday Gallery (Gallery for Contemporary Art) in NYC which is in my opinion the most exciting city in the world.
