Conveniently located just a few minutes to downtown Bellville where you can enjoy multiple dining options including upscale "22 N Holland", boutiques such as "Buck Ferguson" and "Southern Trends" and an insta-famous trendy coffee shop and eat house called "the gathery"! Offering three bedrooms and two full bathrooms this home can comfortably sleeps 7 guests. A short drive to nearby towns of Brenham, New Ulm, Round Top/Carmine and Chappell Hill. **Coming soon a backyard firepit oasis and coffee courtyard.
