The living room includes an oversized plush sofa sectional, SMART TV located above a cozy gas fireplace, beautiful wide plank wood flooring, ceiling fan to keep cool, recessed lighting, & direct access via sliding glass doors to your very own ocean front view deck (see EXTERIOR section below for more info!). WOW, 4 separate individual outdoor decks…a rare treat! Our exterior spaces are exclusive only to our unit – they are not shared with the other 2 units in the building.

Deck #1 is located off the main living area & features bistro dining seating + bbq, with easy & convenient access to the kitchen. Deck #2 is our premier oversized ocean front deck located off the master bedroom, a romantic space with comfy outdoor sofa seating & our favorite area to enjoy a glass of wine at sunset. Decks #3 & #4 are located off 2 of the bedrooms…each with ocean views!
