Make history a part of your vacation in this renovated 1800s schoolhouse. This historic house is located in the heart of the Finger Lakes. Built in 1886 and in service as a one room school until 1952, this home is truly a special place.

Whether you are visiting from afar or looking to unwind on a peaceful staycation, this private two-acre space is your cozy home away from home.

The space
The interior features an open living room and dining area, original hardwood floors, recessed lighting, central heating and a spacious contemporary kitchen with beautiful wood countertops. The handmade bar-height dining table serves as the perfect spot to enjoy a meal together or play a game of Euchre.

Our 2 bedroom, 1 bath home can accommodate up to four guests. Premium queen-size mattresses (encased in hygienic waterproof mattress protectors) and 100% cotton sheets/bedding are provided for your sleeping comfort. We have one firm mattress and one soft mattress to ensure your perfect night’s sleep, along with blackout curtains and A/C units in each room.

We welcome you to the perfect place for a romantic weekend for two or a family/friends getaway. A few of our amenities include:
- High Speed Fiber Optic Internet Wi/Fi, TV, games/cards/books
- Driveway parking
- Modern kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, coffee/tea
- Air conditioning units in the living room and both bedrooms
