Mohamed was helpful and attentive to our group of four travelers. The riad is wonderfully located--very close to the markets. Mohamed wasn't around a lot but messaged us when he knew we had questions. It's tricky to find (but most riads seem to be) The beds were hard and uncomfortable after a night or two, there were some small bugs around (nothing major) and the breakfast was nothing substantial, but it's a good value for your money. Would stay there again!

The location is amazing and the riad is beautiful!!! Breakfast was set out every morning and was delicious. The riad is so close to the souks but is also in a very quiet and peaceful location. We could hear the roosters and birds chirping every morning - a very awesome experience. Communication was easy and great. We were picked up from the airport and our entire stay went extremely smoothly. Highly recommend!

Mohamed was a wonderful host! He had a taxi waiting to pick us up at the airport, which was such a relief after our long plane trip. When we arrived at Mohamed's home, we were served tea and refreshments on a lovely rooftop terrace. Orange trees grow in the middle of the riad's courtyard, and we were wakened each morning to the sounds of birds chirping then treated to a breakfast of hot chocolate and fresh French bread. The riad is in a central yet surprising quiet location, and we could walk everywhere we wanted to go in the city. Marrakech is by far the best place we have ever visited, and it is all because of the warm, authentic people who live there. The city also has an artsy vibe, which was unexpected, and Mohamed's home is decorated with unique artwork as well. If you are looking for a cultural experience that could even be considered life changing, I would highly recommend staying at Mohamed's home.

Marrakech was the final destination of my travels with my friends. As college students, we were looking for somewhere affordable and nice. Mohamed's listing definitely fit the bill. We arrived late on Friday night, and he arranged for a taxi to pick us up and someone to take us directly to the riad. We mainly interacted with his friend, Abdel, but he was more than welcoming. The most appealing part of our stay, other than the breakfast in the mornings, was how close we were to the main square. Within 5 minutes, we were able to walk to the center square. Great stay.

My friends and I stayed here for two nights and loved it. The description is very accurate. The apartment is very artsy and fun, but clean, and our host was very helpful while still giving us our space. He even had the wifi password and a map on how to get to and from the house ready on a table as soon as we got there. It was also very close to the big square which was very convenient. Loved it.

Mohamed arranged a person to meet us, help us get our car parked in a good spot and even bring a cart to carry our bags to the riad. I can't explain how nice this is in the zoo of the edge of the Marrakech medina. The riad was nice and is cared for by others who live there. It's not as private as we expected but in the end that worked out best to have someone answering the door and such. Each of the two bedrooms we used had a private bathroom and one had a small kitchen with basic appliances. You could surely cook here if you were better organized than us. The roof top terrace was a nicely thrown together space to sit and have morning or afternoon refreshments and get a view of some other roof tops on that edge of the medina. Overall this is a properly described option for safe quarters at a great value. Oh and the wifi was the best we found in Morocco!
