Villa Pearl is surrounded by beautifully designed high end modern homes in West Oakland that's centrally located from San Francisco and Berkeley. It's a gorgeous space for a perfect vacation for anyone who enjoy luxury & privacy, a family/group up to 8 people. It is about 2,000 sq feet, or 185 M2.
Newly built and designed in 2022 by legendary local developer, it has been certified by the City of Oakland as a LEED building ( Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design ) meeting the City of Oakland’s Green Building requirements by meeting a 23-point threshold in the categories of community; indoor air and water quality, resource and water conservation of the Green Point Rated system.
There are 2 master suites which have their own ensuite bathrooms. The guest bedroom also has its own full bathroom with tub across the hallway. There are 2 additional sofa beds in the house. It can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. All bedrooms are on the second level of the house.
The Blue Chinoiserie Suite - Master Suite #1
The largest suite in Villa Pearl has its own ensuite spacious double sink full bathroom with a rain shower system. The light-filled airy room has a sofa/lounging area that can be opened as a queen sofa bed making it easy if you want to have your children sleeping in the suite with you. 1 King bed and 1 sofa bed in the suite.
The Wisteria Suite - Master Suite #2
The Wisteria Suite features a beautiful vintage tree design bathing in soft reflective light. It has its own connected ensuite full bathroom with rain shower system. King bed in the suite.
The Golden Forest - Guest Bedroom
12 ft towering ceilings…this room features a stunning hand-painted wall mural by designer / artist that is a treat to the eye. The double door windows with grand flowing curtains creates a visual masterpiece. Waking up in the “forest” is an experience of art and beauty. The guest full bathroom with shower and tub is just right outside of the room.
Open Living / Dining / Kitchen /Outdoor
The entire first level of the main house (about 1000 square feet of open space which connects to an outdoor garden) is where you can cook, dine, converse, play and connect with your people comfortably; it is a haven for getting some quality time with your loved ones. With a 14 foot soaring high ceiling, the large open space is set to impress. Enjoy the 55 inch TV with 155 digital channels as well as amazon prime video, Netflix, etc. Sony speaker for movie and music.
HEATING - the main house features a radiant floor system, the floors on both levels will be heated in the winter. We highly recommend walking bare foot to feel the warm floor! Please note that there isn't AC in the space; we are right by the San Francisco Bay and the area is known as having cool summers; ACs are not common in our area.
KITCHEN - A state-of-the-art grand open kitchen is a chef’s dream with all the bells and whistles: pot filler faucet, 6 burner gas stove, etc...where your family can assemble at the extended 4 stool counter with multi docking stations and electrical outlets to plug in all your devices.
Wifi - the 10 Gigabits blazing fast fiber-optic wifi is the fastest internet known on earth so far; you may stream, game, browse your heart out. The technology also enables more reliable wifi. The whole house is prewired with a media center; the fiber-optic wifi covers every corner of the house including the outdoor space.
Laundry - We are 2 laundry rooms; the main house laundry room is equipped with 2 sets of 5.0 cu large full capacity washer/dryers, the back house has another set of washer/dryer. They can handle any laundry need you may have!
Parking - one car garage for safe parking inside; one additional parking in the driveway.Plenty of street parking in front of the house.
Outdoor Jacuzzi - the private 20 jet jacuzzi in the back yard garden is always on and ready to use at any time. Tu comes with an ozonator which sanitizes the tub constantly. Best to enjoy it early in the morning to get refreshed, or later at night. Soaking in the hot tub in cool nights under the stars is one of a kind experience!

Other things to note
- NO events or Parties. Close monitoring of noise level is being implemented. We are nearby and will implement our policy if we detect any parties/events.
- Must communicate about your pet(s) before arriving
- All bedrooms are on the second level, must be able to climb stairs to book Villa Pearl.
- Ring security camera outside of the building by entrances
- GUEST COUNT POLICY:
After first 3 guests, there's $35/extra guest/night for staying overnight guests; $20/day/guest for visiting guests during the day.
Maximum 10 guests for staying overnight; if there are visitors, total guest count is 14 maximum including staying and visiting guests. Please do not invite guests who are not staying here without our consent.
