About This Listing
I just redecorated the whole apartment as of the beginning of March. Stay in a fantastic location and enjoy a well designed comfortable space!
Located in a classic Lakeview building, this new redecorated studio is larger than most in the neighborhood and has space for a sleeping area and living area in the main space. There is a separate kitchen space to cook and enjoy meals in as well.
The entire apartment is for your use during your stay. Everything inside the apartment is there for your convenience.
Interaction with Guests
I'm a fully dedicated host that is available 24/7 to answer any questions or concerns during your stay.
East Lakeview is one of the most special neighborhoods in Chicago. The studio is located at the center of both the world class Boystown and Wrigleyville entertainment districts. There are also 24/7 cafes, drug stores and quick food options right out the door.
The options for public transit couldn't be better being located just steps from the Belmont Red/Brown/Purple line station. The Red line operates 24/7. Then right outside the door you have the 77 Belmont bus and 22 clark bus. No matter where you want to go, you can get there with all the Chicago Public Transit options.

I do not charge an additional cleaning fee so I ask that if you use any dishes or other kitchenware that you clean them before you check out.
James made us feel very welcome. He communicates clearly and directly. I was particularly impressed that he left pictures of the entrance and a video of how to work the lock box!
The apartment was very comfortable with good heat and cooling. The bed was very comfortable. If you plan on doing much cooking this probably isn't the place for you. Not a problem for us because we were eating out and the neighborhood is perfect for that!
Location, location, location. It couldn't be better for a fun Boystown weekend. James was a good host that gave a nice walk through of the apartment along with excellent recommendations for food and conveniences around the neighborhood. The place is basically as pictured and comfortably accommodates 1 to 2 people. The only minor downside is the apartment is a little dated with older fixtures. Overall, I would recommend staying here.
James was very communicative and very accommodating to my boyfriend and I for our stay. We flew in early and he was very helpful to us while waiting on the other guests to check out. The area is nice and I did feel comfortable even walking to the local stores alone and it is a few minutes from the 'L' which was highly convenient for travel around the city and to the airport. Area has many restaurants, cafés and bars within walking distance so you do not need to use much transportation and the DIVVY bikes are near. Place was nice and a good size for two people and the bed was comfortable. Loved the TV and it had netflix which was nice at night. Only minor downside to the location is that there are stairs to get to the apt. but my calves will be toned lol. This is a great stay for a single person or a pair and the area was great and James is an awesome host that is super helpful and sweet. I would stay here again when back in Chicago.
James was very easy to work with. The apartment was nice and clean. Great location. I'd recommend staying here
James was a great host. Communication was easy and James was certainly very accommodating. Checking in/out was easy. The location is great, close to everything you need. The red line train station is about a minute walk away and the neighborhood felt very safe.
Clean, comfortable, and a great location. James was very accommodating and would recommend 100%.
