Words can not describe how perfect our stay was in Tain and it all had to do with our hosts Claude and Marie Helen. The flat was better than pictured and we wish we had stayed longer. Again, I can not say more about our perfect stay in tain. Can't wait to come back!
Had the best time in Tain, the flat is lovelly, very cozy and marie-helene and claude are great hosts and helped me out with information, maps, check in and check out. Would definely book again.
What a wonderful place to stay and call home for your vacation! Not only is the apartment exactly as described, it has everything you would possibly need while away from home and then some (i.e. Marie-Helene makes an amazing apricot jam).
The best part of the experience has to be Claude and Marie-Helene. They are so sweet and helpful! They provide maps, advice, check-in to make sure you are happy, and really care about sharing Tain L'Hermitage with you.
In addition to the above, if you are looking for a central base to explore the Northern Rhone Valley, then look no further...you have found it! Tain l'Hermitage is perfect for getting around, yet has enough to offer if you want to stay put.
Our stay at Claude's duplex was perfect. Three of us stayed for 3 nights and were very comfortable. There was a full kitchen, two bathrooms and plenty of room. If ever in Tain l'Hermitage again I will without a doubt stay again. Thank you Claude.
Logement très agréable, j'y ai séjourné 8 nuits et je m'y suis senti dès le début très à l'aise. Emplacement idéal dans Tain. Il ne manque rien! Merci.
Apartment was recently refurbished and we found it to be very clean with good washing machine and dryer. Mattress on bed was quality foam which is ok for some but not supportive enough for me as a bigger guy. Hosts were very welcoming and kind, providing info about the best local places to visit. La Lantern restaurant around the corner was superb.
