This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests across 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The upper floor includes a serene queen suite with an en suite bath, a full-size bedroom with a private balcony overlooking the garden, and a twin trundle room ideal for children or friends. On the main level, a private studio offers a sofa bed, TV, private entrance, and bathroom access - perfect for added privacy or a workspace.

Things to Note:
🔊 Street Noise: Due to its prime downtown location and proximity to several restaurants & bars, some street noise is to be expected. Also please note that due to the restaurants, trash/recycling pick up can be several days a week nearby. While many guests find this part of the city’s charm, light sleepers may prefer the quieter back bedrooms.
🎉 Events: Hosting an event? Prior approval, an additional deposit, and a signed agreement are required. Small indoor gatherings, such as bridal or baby showers, are permitted, but our spacious backyard patio is the ideal setting for most events.
🛁 Hot Tub & Yard Maintenance: Our technician stops by every Friday for a quick 30-minute check on the pH balance. He’ll enter through the side gate and won’t disturb your stay. Guests expressly acknowledge and agree that property owners and/or manager are not liable for injury or death to the guest/user or any of the guests/user's guests, from use of the hot tub.
👨🌾✂️🌳 Our yard maintenance guy also blow leaves in the yard and does light maintenance on Mondays.
📺 TV Placement: The only TV is in the studio room with the sofa bed and en suite bathroom. There is no TV in the main living room, making it a great space for conversation and relaxation.
🚭🐾 Policies: No pets are allowed anywhere on the property, including the front and backyard. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and on the porch—please use the designated front curb area.
