The 'All Things Green' house is situated on a quiet street in a small town neighborhood. Why its namesake? Well, the house is painted mint green and is facing a two acre pollinator field brimming with native plants. It is furnished with comfortable, vintage mid-century furniture and accessories, plus art made with repurposed materials and other examples of ‘green’ creative reuse. Walk and watch butterflies or simply relax in the sunroom with your morning coffee and take it all in. Green is good!

The space
SUNROOM is located on the front of the house and overlooks the pollinator field. It is furnished with a small table, two chairs, table lamp, a boot tray. Great place to have a cup of coffee in the morning or glass of wine in the evening.
LIVING ROOM is situated at the front of the house and has a large picture window looking into the sunroom and the field. It is furnished with a sofa, a lounge chair, coffee table, two side chairs, two side tables, large area rug, an ottoman, floor lamp, table lamp, coat closet, Bose radio and a Smart TV (Roku).
FIRST BEDROOM is furnished with one queen sized bed with memory foam mattress, two pillows, a nightstand, two lamps, a dresser, a Smart TV (Roku), comforter, blanket, area rugs and a closet.
SECOND BEDROOM is furnished with a twin bed, one pillow, duvet, blanket, a nightstand, a lamp, a side chair, a cabinet, area rug, a closet with luggage rack, extra pillows, blankets and a closet. A curio cabinet has a selection of books/games/puzzles.
OFFICE is furnished with a desk, desk chair/lamp, side chair, side table, mirror, lamp, dresser and extra clothes hanging space. A guide is furnished with tips about the house as well as suggestions for restaurants, hiking and local travel.
BATHROOM is equipped with a shower, a bathtub, shower curtain, toilet, large mirror, towel bars, vanity, vanity light, bath/hand towels, bath mat, shampoo/conditioner/lotion, hand soap, tp/tissue, first aid kit, and a hairdryer.
KITCHEN is equipped with full-sized refrigerator, oven/stove, full-sized microwave, toaster, coffee maker/grinder, teapot, pots/pans, plates/bowls, utensils, water glasses, wine glasses, coffee mugs/travel mug, measuring cup, pitcher, mixing bowls, and a compost bucket.
DINING NOOK is furnished with a dining table, three chairs and an overhead light.
HALLWAY is equipped with a large mirror, thermostat, wall clock and a smoke/carbon monoxide alarm.
FULL BASEMENT is equipped with a washer and dryer, utility sink, iron/ironing board, large table, chair, cabinet, laundry detergent, smoke/carbon monoxide alarm and a hanging clothesline.

Located in Baltimore, OH, the house is conveniently located as a jumping off point for hiking/birding in the Hocking Hills area (40 miles), nightlife and entertainment in Columbus (26 miles), dining in Granville (26 miles), water sports in Buckeye Lake (12 miles), art/history museums and an architectural district in Lancaster (10 miles).

Baltimore has a small community history museum, as well as three village parks and two county parks. It also has a locally owned ice-cream shop, bakery, cafe, coffee shop, brew pub, pizzerias, seafood restaurant, Mexican restaurant, pharmacy, hardware store and a small grocery.
