Indra Inn is a cozy bed and breakfast in the center of Playa Grande, Costa Rica. The garden is full of cashew, mango, and papaya trees. It's small, tranquil, and homey. Indra Inn is located on the main entrance of Playa Grande, situated very close to 4 amazing restaurants and 100 meters from the mini supermarket. We are a 10 minute walk or 1 minute drive to the sunny beach of Playa Grande. High tide is great for surfing (365 days of waves a year) and low tide is great for tide pools.

Indra Inn is a lovely Place only a few minutes away from the beach. Our room was big and clean, with an A/C and a fan. It is basic but offers everything you'll need as you'll be outside most of the time anyway. Natalia's Breakfast is delicious and we could chose between eggs, granola and rice and beans. We also got coffee and orange juice. For us it was perfect that we could use the kitchen. We recommend Natalia and Matthews place to anyone who wants to spend some quality time with lovely hosts in Playa Grande.

We can't say enough about our wonderful experience at the Indra Inn. The place was beautiful, peaceful, and located perfectly for our needs. It is a quick easy walk to the beach but just far enough away to avoid the hustle and bustle right along the beach. Matthew was the most gracious host, making us breakfast to order each morning accompanied by great conversation. The room was very comfortable and easily accommodated us along with all of our travel junk. The communal kitchen allowed us to make most of our meals to save some money. When we decided to splurge and eat out, Matthew recommended a fabulous restaurant down the road. He also gave us great recommendations for some beautiful local trips to take which ended up being the highlight of our time there. Just a wonderful, special spot. Oh and how could I forget their yellow lab, Marshmallow- she just about came home with us. SUCH a sweet dog.

This is a great place to stay to meet other people, while having your own room. The common kitchen was a huge plus for me and my family. Even though most of the guests here tend to be couples, my family of five (3 young children 3-9 yrs old) really enjoyed our stay. The atmosphere, common areas, location and great restaurant recommendations really added to our pleasant stay.

Hospitable family that bought the place a few months ago to turn into a B&B, close to fantastic food places (try the passion fruit cheesecake & ceviche at El Pointe) . We stayed here for one night after being in Tamarindo for a week. Glad we did. Quaint spot in a sleepy beach town with better waves. Matthew was quick to respond to questions. Accommodated our check in and food requests. Matthew is from Michigan so there was no language barrier. Quaint garden with chess board and books.

Natalia and I are travelers. We have seen numerous parts of the world, including Asia, Europe, Africa, North, Central, and South America. We love ocean, I love to surf and she loves to tan. We practice yoga. We are part of the consciousness movement. We laugh a lot and don't take too many things seriously. We want travelers to come and visit and share their stories with us.
