Stay Golden is your spacious & serene retreat on 7+ acres of gated oceanfront property with many meditative gathering spaces. Near 7 Devils State Park, Whiskey Run Bike Trails & Bandon Dunes Golf Resort. This is the perfect place to unwind & bask in relaxation. 2 story living room w/ glorious windows to bask in the Pacific Ocean Views upon a private hilltop. Plenty of places to enjoy on the property, including sun deck, gardens, & lawns. You won't want to leave!

The space
Our 3000sf home has 3 levels all with amazing ocean views and is great for groups wanting to spread out. The main level bedroom is perfect for those not wanting stairs and the loft is open to the living area. Keep in mind when booking that the loft has only 1/2 bath & shares shower & tub with main level. The newly carpeted loft has Queen and Full beds with room for another if needed, cozy reading nook, yoga & meditation props. The most private space is the huge lower level Captain's Quarters equipped with its own TV living area, bar hang out w/kettle & coffee press, & mini-fridge. Full bath with tub/shower & separate commode room. Stairs from main level & separate exterior entrance. This level can sleep 6 if needed but, is currently set up for 3 with King and twin day bed. The 4th bathroom is located in huge laundry room thru the garage which makes a great place for unloading after a day at the beach, mountain biking or hiking.

Guest access
You'll enjoy the entire home and property. The locked storage will be marked accordingly. Please indicate your exact number of guests and note extra travel charge for more than 4. This helps us with the extra cleaning and laundry time it takes for the use of the entire home. You may find that with 2 couples you tend not to use one of the levels and that helps us keep our costs down, too. We appreciate your help with this. We try to keep a spotless house for you and all future guests.

Also, please note that beach access is just down the road at Seven Devils Park. It is a very lovely beach access and very lightly traveled. You have miles of beach to enjoy with the ease of having your car close by. We have been working on access from our house since 2022. We are not yet done with our trail down from the property as has been a HUGE project and it's marked per the County as "not accessible".

Other things to note
As noted elsewhere in our listing, we are currently working on "recarving" the overgrown beach path from the property so, access to the beach is just down the road at the Seven Devils State Park. (approximately 1 mile). Please remain on the upper level of property and do not wander off down the hill. It is quite steep and dangerous.

Please also note our home on the beautiful Southern Coast is rural, somewhat remote and there is no cell service like most of the area. We have great wifi/internet inside the house only. Once you are outside there is little to no connection. You can use Wifi Calling or our landline. We also do not have cable TV but we have YouTube TV and access to all the streaming services, some of ours are included for your viewing pleasure or you can log into your own. Any questions PLEASE let us know! We usually enjoy doing outside activities anyway!!

Neighborhood highlights

Rural private wooded nearly five acre parcel on gated gravel road & driveway. A few full-time residents including gatekeeper & a few other vacation rental properties nearby. (if you have larger group, hit me up & I'll hook you up!!) Beach access currently a mile from the house with access to miles of beach at Seven Devils State Park. Just a few minutes from Whiskey Run Bike trails and the Bandon Dunes Golf Resort. Also, approximately 9 miles north of Bandon proper with Face Rock State Park accessible year round. Old Town Bandon is a great place to shop, eat, and fish. Home book has list of great restaurants and menus to peruse.
