The place worked out really well for us. Clark met us upon arrival and we visited with him a few times during our stay. He was great, gave suggestions on sites to see and local haunts to check out. Nice guy.
The neighborhood was great. Walking distance to park, zoo, and shops if you wanted. The bet part of the local was the walking/running trails along the dry creek bed. Saw road runner, coyotes, and hawks, hummingbirds...rally nice to amble.
Fantastic place. Well put together and very easy to work with the owners!
The hosts made us feel very welcome and everything was as presented.
The location is fantastic, close to all needed services and shopping. Best of all for us was all the open space and a feeling of peace and
total safety. Close to walking/ biking trails and a great park across the street. The home is decorated like a model home and has very comfortable beds.
Lovely experience, beautiful place. We couldn't have chosen better! And the neighborhood was awesome! We'll definitely be back.
The listing description was accurate. The charming guest house is clean, beds comfortable with soft sheets and plush towels. Clark and Lisa were very accommodating and always responded to any requests in a timely fashion. Great location. Quiet and safe. Loved being able to walk to Reid Park and Reid Park Zoo.
Hosts were welcoming and accommodating. Casita is as pictured and beautifully decorated. Cool neighborhood - excellent location "on the grid" for our varied purposes (hiking, downtown, UofA, 4th Ave). Nature trail along arroyo right across the street.
This guest house is awesome! Clark and Lisa obviously have legit interior design experience and it shows. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom and kitchenette were great. The main living space accommodates 4 people easily without piling on each other. There were PLENTY of towels, a stocked keurig, and other touches that we appreciated. Great location to U of A and golfing. To top it all off, I thought they charged a very fair price. Bottom line, if I was returning to Tucson, this is where I would stay.
I love to keep moving and living in the desert with almost 352 days of sunshine gives me plenty of opportunities to hike, rock climb, bike, swim and run! We are into triathlon! I am an artist as well so I get inspiration every where I go! I love helping out my community and do so working with Habispaces - a Habitat for Humanity arm that I created to help to furnish and design the interior spaces of Habitat families. My husband, Clark and I do all this together. We both love to travel and explore. We are all about discovering the native lifestyle and not so much the tourist. We love good food and can't wait to share our favorite list of great local restaurants for our guests.
