The basement has a flat HD TV room, a large sofa, and a laundry room. Guests will have their own bathroom and kitchen. The host will be present in the same townhouse building upstairs. A few minutes to B,D,2,3 subway stations. No kids/No pets

The townhouse was built in 1890 and has been fully renovated by NY-based architect KOKO+Design. This apartment is situated on the ground floor of the townhouse. A/Cs are in the bedroom and kitchen. It is 1.5 blocks to 2,3,B,Q subway stations, close to restaurants, Prospect Park, Brooklyn Museum, BAM, Barclay Center, and the Botanical Garden. Please enjoy this unique, luxurious space in a quiet neighborhood.
