This luxurious apartment is located in historic center area in the HEARTH of Trastevere, exactly in Via del Moro, 38 (few steps from S. M. Trastevere, 10min walking from Piazza Navona, Campo de Fiori, Pantheon…etc) in one of the most historical places in Rome.
The apartment enjoys a strategic position to know fully the true nature of the Eternal City and where you can reach all major tourist attractions of Rome by FOOT.
The apartment is along a quiet side street with local shops and restaurants. From this apartment you car reach the Vatican city in 10 min walking also.
This luxurious apartment of 130 m2 is made up of a large living room with a sofa and a dining corner, a large hi-tech kitchen.
There is a 2 bedrooms with two single beds that can be pushed together and become a double bed, a large walk-in wardrobe, a large bathroom with shower.
The third double bedroom is located on the upper floor and has an en suite bathroom with shower and walk-in closet.
It is provided with air conditioning in all rooms, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, WIFI Internet connection.
The modern, high quality furniture, fine tapestry, high ceilings and various modern artworks complete this elegant apartment.
Guest access
The price of the municipal taxi from the airport to the center of Rome, has been set by municipal law at the price of 55 Euros (3 people), but many taxi drivers are also demanding an EXTRA CHARGE for luggage ....or EXTRA CHARGE for night service or EXTRA CHARGE for the festive day or EXTRA CHARGE for each person over 3 ..... so ... the price will be much higher.
Therefore, to avoid UNPLEASANT "discussions" with the taxi driver I recommend the "Taxi Transfert Service".
The price is from 10 to 25 euros each person (depend of number of people, ask me your price)

Your driver will be constantly in touch with the airport to guarantee punctuality in the event of delay of your flight.

Other things to note
CHECK-IN:
AN APPOINTMENT MUST BE MADE prior to arrival.
Please, on your arrival in Rome you must confirm 30min before your arrival time to the apartment by a TEXT or Whatapp or by telephone to avoid unpleasant expectations in front of the apartment
THE CHECK-IN IS NOT GUARANTEE ON TIME IF YOU DON'T COMMUNICATE US YOUR ARRIVAL TIME.
For arrivals after 20.00 a fee of 25 euro is requested for the check-in.
For arrivals after 24.00 a fee of 50 euro is requested for the check-in.
For arrivals on Sunday or in public holidays a fee of 25 euro is requested for the check-in.
EARLY CHECK-IN
The ordinary time access in the apartment is after 2.00pm, but if there are no other customers on the same day the entry will be allowed in the morning WITHOUT PAY ANY EXTRA FEE. You must check it only on the arrival day , because is often possible a last minute reservation by another guest.
To be sure to enter early in the morning, clients are advises to book from the night before and will be guaranteed the access to their apartment before 2.00pm on the arrival day.
Anyway if the apartment is occupied by another customer, on your arrival, we will do everything possible to make you leave the luggages inside the apartment, so you will come back when the guests will be out and the apartment will be clean.
If this is not allowed by previous guests, you have to leave your luggage to the nearest luggage storage few steps to the apartment.
LATE CHECK-OUT
Normally the check out time is 11.00am but If there are no other customers to entry in the same day you can leave the apartment in the afternoon WITHOUT PAY ANY EXTRA FEE (max at 6.00pm) or else the time to leave is 11:00am.
You must check it only in the departure day because is possible an last minute reservation by another guest. If there is a another guest checking in, you can leave your luggage in the nearest luggage storage.

NUMBER OF GUEST: the apartment must be occupied by the number of people indicated in the Reservation Form. If you wish to change the number of guest in the apartment, please notify us in this sense before your arrival so we shall inform you of any applicable price difference. Failure to respect these terms will be a cause for termination off this rental agreement and you will have to vacate the apartment immediately.
