This was my first Airbnb experience and Andrea made it a smooth sailing one. My dates were accepted extremely fast and she communicated to me prior to my arrival. Andrea was so sweet and was waiting outside when I arrived. She and her son, Truman, were very welcoming! They were very laid-back hosts. The neighborhood was a perfect location, with many options of local shopping and restaurants within walking distance.
The host canceled this reservation 31 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
Andrea responded to my request to book within 10 minutes and let me know she was available, if needed, throughout my three-night stay. I was grateful that she was flexible with my check-in time; it helped immensely since I was arriving via an overnight 13-hour train ride!
I loved the Linden Hills neighborhood--walking distance to restaurants, the city's bike share kiosk (Nice Ride), the local grocery co-op, an old movie theater and Lake Harriet.
I was out exploring most of my time so wasn't on the property much during the day, but we did get to chat a bit. She's down to earth, knows her city well and is full of great tips! Also met her son Truman and her two very friendly cats!
At the same time, it was very easy to be independent via the back-door entrance, which leads to the fully furnished rooms in the basement.
Would stay again.
Andrea was in constant contact before my arrival to make sure she was there to give me a tour of the space and point me in the direction of local grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants. She's a gracious and inviting host.
Andrea was a lovely host. The space provided is artfully decorated. The bed was super comfortable, loved the tile floor in the shower. I loved that I could enter through the back which made it easy to be independent. The home is in a central location. It is close to the lake, co-op, shopping, and restaurants. I will stay here again when in Minneapolis. Highly recommend staying at this airbnb home.
Andrea and beck are such kind hosts! The bedroom and bathroom in the finished basement is the perfect set up. We loved meeting their son Truman and sweet cats. Linden hills is a charming neighborhood and very walkable! Their home is in a great location to enjoy all that the neighborhood has to offer!
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this cozy retreat in lovely Linden Hills. Andrea was a wonderful host, exceptionally kind and helpful. The downstairs bedroom with private bathroom was perfect, as was the kithen and sunny yard. It was a delight meeting little Truman and spending time with the other furry family members. The neighborhood is extremely walkable, blocks away from the coop, cafes, yoga, and lake harriet. I loved my stay in Linden Hills so much that I decided to stay and rent long term in the area. Highly recommended. Thanks again!
