New bedroom and bathroom in our finished basement. Our 1920's cottage is cute, comfortable and full of folk-eclectic charm. We have wi-fi, street parking, some bikes to use, an extra stroller, private fenced in backyard and coffee or tea in the morning. We are walking distance to yoga, a natural foods co-op, Lake Harriet, public transit, shop and restaurants at 50th and France.
Safe and close to everything.
Bus stop is on France Ave. 2 Block walk.
We hope you enjoy your stay. If you smoke, please do so outside of the house. If you need something, please ask. Be respectful if you come home late. Be a decent human.
Andrea was a lovely host. The space provided is artfully decorated. The bed was super comfortable, loved the tile floor in the shower. I loved that I could enter through the back which made it easy to be independent. The home is in a central location. It is close to the lake, co-op, shopping, and restaurants. I will stay here again when in Minneapolis. Highly recommend staying at this airbnb home.
Andrea and beck are such kind hosts! The bedroom and bathroom in the finished basement is the perfect set up. We loved meeting their son Truman and sweet cats. Linden hills is a charming neighborhood and very walkable! Their home is in a great location to enjoy all that the neighborhood has to offer!
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this cozy retreat in lovely Linden Hills. Andrea was a wonderful host, exceptionally kind and helpful. The downstairs bedroom with private bathroom was perfect, as was the kithen and sunny yard. It was a delight meeting little Truman and spending time with the other furry family members. The neighborhood is extremely walkable, blocks away from the coop, cafes, yoga, and lake harriet. I loved my stay in Linden Hills so much that I decided to stay and rent long term in the area. Highly recommended. Thanks again!
Their criteria says it all "just be a decent person" because Andrea and Beck are too. While I didn't get a chance to visit with them often due to my schedule, when I did they were welcoming, caring and accommodating. I had the run of the entire lower level including a private bathroom with spacious walk-in shower, large bedroom with comfy double bed, my own key to the back entrance and use of the kitchen including fridge. I was treated to a few brief visits from one of the household cats and the light was ALWAYS left on for me when I was arriving late in the evening. Andrea even offered up a fire in the backyard but weather and schedule didn't allow for it. There is ample parking on the street right by the house (be sure to park on the opposite side and they will never be an issue). There are lots of interesting places to eat, shop and recreate within walking distance from the house (including the nostalgic Convention Grille) and it's a very safe neighborhood. Location is minutes from Hwys. 100 and 494 and the "Crosstown" 62. If there is availability on my next visit, I will definitely stay here again.
Andrea was a very gracious hostess. Location was perfect, as it was only 1/2 mile from my family! Beautiful neighborhood for walking! It was great to have my own private "suite" in this large basement! Kitties only visited a couple of times!
Pleasant and quiet stay in a nice neighborhood. The bed was very comfortable, and I enjoyed meeting Andrea and her daughter.
We had an excellent time staying at Andrea's in Minneapolis. The neighborhood was fun to walk around; there are a lot of neat houses and gardens to check out. We were able to walk to a Farmer's Market and to restaurants for breakfast and dinner. It was great to have our own bathroom that was next to the bedroom. It was easy to coordinate with Andrea. Our accommodations helped make this trip the fun that is was! Thank you for letting us stay!
