Joern was a phenomenal host. This was my first airbnb experience alone and it was wonderful! The apartment was in prime location right by Alexanderplatz. Tons of great restaurants, shopping, public transit all around. Joern arranged it to where I could pick up the keys when I arrived in the neighborhood while he was still at work. He left me a map, sightseeing brochures, and a personalized restaurant guide for the local area. When he could drop by the apartment, he talked Berlin over with me and made sure I was all settled in. He's very sweet, personable, and makes you feel like you're at home--even though it's actually his apartment! He doesn't live there when you're staying in his apartment, only dropping by to pick something up or do laundry. Felt so comfortable in his place and would highly recommend anyone wanting to see Berlin to stay at his place. It absolutely beats staying at a hotel.
From the beginning Joern was helpful and answer to my questions very quickly. He's flat was great very Comfortable and well location like 5 min walk from to Alexanderplatz. He was helpful and kind throw the all stay. We couldn't ask for a batter Berlin Experience.
Thank you so much man.
Great place. Great location. Joern very welcoming host and helpful with assistance about what to do in Berlin. Would highly recommend.
Joern was an amazing host and the apartment was also on point. It was both clean, spacious and well located in the heart of the city. I would recommend this for both solo travellers and couples
Wonderful experience! Jeorn went above and beyond any expectations we have from a host. I would recommend him to anyone. If I ever go back to berlin, I know where I am staying!
Staying at Joern's place was great! It's extremely comfortable and in a fantastic location. Joern goes out of his way to make it really comfortable for guests. The apartment is all yours but he usually stops in after work for a bit. If you aren't too familiar with the city, you can count on him to point you toward some great spots to see, eat, and drink.
About the Host, Joern.
Hallo, Im working in an online company, which is located in the centre of Berlin same as my flat. I like sport, music (especially concerts) and travelling as a backpacker. In that experience I stayed in different countries in local families. That helped me to get an better view in their lives and places. Further all of them are more flexible then any hotels or hostels. I wanna do the same experience to other, who come to Berlin and want to explore Berlin and need advice in all directions. Add on its always nice to meet new people.
Even if you just have a question and dont wanna stay, just ask.
