Overall Guest Satisfaction

Check In
  • A great, well located apartment. My family (2 adults and 2 kids) stayed for 5 nights. The apartment was very clean, well equipped, spacious and a pleasure to come back to at the end of the day. There are shops, restaurants, and pharmacies on your doorstep and the famous landmarks are all easily accessible by tram and foot. We were met at the apartment as planned on time.

    A perfect short trip!

  • Very nice place.
The loft is very comfy and we all enjoyed our stay there. It is close to the tram line with direct access to the center of the city. Usually we even walk from the loft as we discovered the city.
There are MANY nice restaurants within walking distance.
There were 6 of us travelling during the marathon and had to cook some meals at home which was super practical as the kitchen was well equipped. Agnes and Giulia were very helpful during our stay. Thanks
I would highly recommend the place.

  • The location is brilliant. House is big enough for 5-6 persons and gives you a unique feeling of living in Rome.
2 bedrooms are comfortable, the third one is suitable only for young people.
Unfortunately the house wasn't clean when we arrived. I really don't want to see someone else's hairs all over bathroom, even hanging on door. And I don't like dirty and smelly curtains in the small shower. There were dirty plates in the kitchen and dust on shelves.
I was with my 5-months son and cleanliness and hygiene is really important.
As a result: it could be my best deal from airbnb, if only owner wish take care of guests and spend some more on cleaning service.

    Response from Agnes:

Ciao Maria, thank you for the feedback, it is very important for us.
I will absolutely double check with my cleaner what went wrong. I'm sorry for any problem. We are always available by phone and mails, I would prefer to get a small communication during your stay about problems, that would let me possible to check and solve immediately.
What about taking care of our guests, we pay attention on communication and kindness. Even in your case we were available 24h/24h by phone. Your booking was confirmed for 4 people but you arrived in 5, we immediately made up an extra bed giving you extra towels and bed linen without any extra.
We neither charged the city tax.

I hope we will be able to give a better service next time if you will consider our services again.

    Thank you

  • Last weekend we spend the weekend here. It is a very nice place. It is spacious and looks in real just like the pictures. So we where all happily surprised. Only five minutes walking from all the wonderful restaurants in Trastevere. The owners are very helpful and friendly. We where with seven. Nice to have three bathfoom! Only the kitchen equipment could be a bit more extended, but we ate mostly outside. Great place from wich to discover the beautiful Rome!

  • We just finished spending Thanksgiving week there. Our review is very similar to Claire - you really can't beat this place:
    - location is 200 feet off Trastevere, so location and access to transportation is fantastic.
    - the layout of the house is perfect with 3 distinct sleeping quarters. Our family has light sleepers, and everyone was able to sleep or wake up randomley without disturbing everyone else.
    - We cooked Thanksgiving dinner for 18 and all ate around the dining room table
    - Host is fantastic, easy to reach and was helpful in suggesting restaurants.
Overall we couldn't be happier and will rent again.

Dear Chris and family, we are more than happy to hear about your positive remarks. Nice to know our client are satisfied with our work. We could not wish more than this :)
Hoping to see you again, Agnes and Flavia

  • The apartment was very nice and cozy. We were met on time by the owner who was very nice and welcoming and explained all the amenities and fixtures in the apt. The apt is a little less large than what appears in the pictures but we found the space to be ample for the 4 of us. The kitchen is nicely equipped and the owner was kind enough to leave a bottle of cold sparkling water in the fridge. Potential renters should be aware that one of the bedrooms is basically a futon double that is spread on the floor but it is perfect for kids. The area is not too far from the center of Trastevere and there are supermarkets and restaurants in the area. We frequently used taxis for transport and it costs about 10-15 Euro to get to and from the main attractions such as Navona or the Spanish steps and a little less to the Colloseum. There is a tram that goes from around the corner to the Plaza Venetzia and costs 1.5 Euro per person. We can't say to much about Agnes other than she was fast to communicate and respond to our queries with on the mail since we never saw her. Overall, this is a very nice apartment and we would definitely come back on our next family trip to Rome

  • What a find! This is a lovely lovely place. It is modern, clean, well-equipped, quiet and spacious. Having some outside space was also a luxury.
Trastevere is our favorite area in Rome, so it was lovely to stay there - albeit on the edge of Trastevere, but only a 5 minute walk to restaurants and all the action. There is a cafe around the corner (1Min) for great coffee and pastries.
The tram is a one minute walk and takes 10 mins to Victor Emmanuele which is then only a 10 minutes walk to a lot of the sights. Gianicolo Hill (Janiculum) is only a 20-30 minute walk up the hill behind the loft - this is where you get a spectacular view of the whole of Rome from Piazza Garibaldi. Our 3 and 6 years olds walked up with us, so it's not difficult if you take you time.
We did a cooking lesson with Monica in the Loft. Learned to make Pasta. Monica provided the rest of the meal for us. It was delicious.
Our host was a great communicator, very friendly and left us a lot of information on places to eat etc.
Highly recommended as a place to stay in Rome where you are close to everything, but a real sanctuary from the heat and crowds whenever you need it.

  • This is an excellent place to stay in Rome. Quiet but not out of the way. The apartment was spacious enough for 3 couples, with a reasonably well stocked kitchen. It is light and airy with a nice space outside to sit when the weather is warm. We really enjoyed our stay.

  • The apartment was awesome. It was exactly as pictured and she even arranged my car from the airport for me. The location was perfect, removed from all the traffic and noise but walking distance. The Cafe right around the corner was our favorite morning place. The only down side was the restaurant that she recommended with a discount was really bad. I will stay here on our next visit.
